The food was good, but the only problem was that I clearly stated I was here to dine in, yet I received my food in a to-go box inside of a bag. However, a white couple arrived to dine in 2-3 minutes after I ordered, and they received both of their orders on plates. This experience felt very personal, as it seemed like the staff wanted me to leave. I won't be returning since I didn't feel welcomed.

My first encounter with Cane's Chicken was in Phoenix, Arizona several years ago. Which was top notch than but busy busy busy! A long wait in AZ but worth it! Now when I saw that Ohio was starting to put up Raising Cane's Chicken I was happy to have that restaurant in my hometown of Ohio. I have been there several times always with great food and consistently made food. That's a plus because whenever you go to Cane's Chicken anywhere it will always be hot, fresh and tasty good! Wait lines aren't as long as in AZ which is great but still worth the wait if you have too! I definitely recommend trying Raising Cane's Chicken

Typical Raising Cane's, you get exactly what you order. Tips for your meal are chicken extra crispy, honey mustard, butter on both sides of toast, no slaw but extra fries/toast. People tend to say the chicken isn't seasoned well but that's what the sauce is for, tenders are hot and fresh every time. The music in the restaurant is obnoxiously loud but I guess it fits the vibe.

Talk about customer service!! Whatever her name is that worked the cashierr around 2:10pm was amazing!! definitely deserves a raise.made the whole dinner experience wonderful.great work to you raising canes.all the employees were working and not just standing around on there phonesgreat work!

When your mind is fixed on chicky tendies, just come here. The meat is tender and breaded to perfection. The sauce is amazing. The crinkle fries and "Texas Toast" are decent as well, though the toast is just a thick slice of bread with light butter. Drive thru service was surprisingly fast. I've never eaten inside yet, but can imagine it's just as good as the drive thru was. These guys have set the bar pretty high for fast food chicken tenders. Definitely worth a visit!

Very good visit! The restaurant was clean (as was the restroom) and played good music! The food was presented well, and the chicken was hot and juicy! The sweet tea was also very tasty. Very friendly staff who served the food very quickly!
