Came in with my boyfriend only two get two drinks cashiers were busy and 3 people working and we went to self checkout only to be watched scanning the stuff then as we are about to walk out she said we didn’t pay so my boyfriend showed her we did just because he accidently scanned his drink again when pressing no for a receipt. I believe they just shouldn’t have self checkout. And told my boyfriend looks like a theif when we left. Never coming back .

Horrible customer service. A couple Karen's by the name of Amy and Samantha refused to sell me a blk because they said my paper I.D. was fake an I printed it off my own computer. Which is a lie. I got it from the BMV. Just shows what type of ppl they are!
Shout out to Josh at the Laredo Taco in this Middleburg Heights, Ohio Speedway. Staying in Cleveland at nearby hotel on a winter alert lake effect snow day so did not want to hit the roads. Walked over to Speedway to get a few essentials before trying the local pancake house but the enticing aroma took me to the Laredo and Josh. Josh explained all the items and custom made two Tacos. I should note the staff at checkout were also top quality in cheerfulness and efficiency. Even scored some more Speedway points and staff even took the time to tell me how to redeem. A tasty and bright break to a dreary day. Thanks Josh - corporate office take notice, definitely a future regional manager as you expand in Ohio. Keep up the good work.
I really hope speedway or 7-Eleven can give some training to their managers on how to be respectful especially Amy and Adele. We come in nice everyday for some reason they continue to disrespect me and my family .will not be a next time.

I stopped in today after having not only the worst day the worst week and the worst month. I just left one job and I'm getting ready to start my second job. Needless to say with all that work I don't have time for a regular dinner I needed gas I stopped in to speedway for gas and I noticed the new taco place. Not only do I want to rave about the food there, but the people that work there. You don't know what kind of impact you can have on somebody by just being kind.. I explained to the gal behind the register that I didn't know what I wanted I told her what I liked and she suggested a quesadilla I told her I wasn't a big fan of peppers and she was kind enough to keep them off to the side for me. And the girl behind the register who rang me up was patient with me while I was entering my phone number and using my points. And when she asked me if I'd like a bag I expected her to just hand it to me across the counter but she literally walked all the way around to hand me my food.. everybody there is very kind and sweet. And I know you're probably thinking well that's their job but as of lately and honestly since pandemic customer service has been in the toilet everywhere you go. People are entitled and they don't feel like they have to go the extra so I wanted to make sure I gave a shout out so that the manager or owner of this place knows that he has some real quality people there. Good on you for your staff. Like I said I've been going through a lot of things lately and it meant a lot to me for people to just smile be kind and not be dismissive.
I asked the cashier to speak to a manager and when she came out she was absolutely the most rude person I’ve come across. Horrible customer service here very unprofessional and unpleasant experience 0 stars.

This is the worst and rudest speedway I've ever been to The lady asked me what kind of gas I wanted I told her regular she charged me for premium I went back in to let the manager know and he told me it's not my problem dude and then I said well you don't have to get rude with me he goes well then you can leave and he swiped my stuff off the counter and said to go. I just stood there staring at him in disbelieved and he said are you done do you have any further problems because I can meet you outside. I probably spend $10,000 a year there I'm never going back.
The manager in there is the rudest jerk I've ever been around. Really you're going to take me outside and fight me.
I had an question about lottery. The woman working today was completely rude and didn't know what she was talking about. I had an issue quite the same and someone was able to help me. Bad Costumer service ?

Honestly I did not even want to write this post but I agree. If I could put negative stars I would as well. The man with the long dark hair (Steve) was very un-professional and disrespectful to me and I had just got a speedy card and started to like the place. To the young lady who was at the register, you were doing a great job, I apologize if thing was confusing but we finally worked together to get the correct item you pointed to last before the cashier jumped in and directed you to the wrong one and your manager had to step in, (understandable) and the first thing he ask me is rude question in a scarastic way, sending me away nearly tearful, (not cool). Management sure have changed in retail these days.I would have never talked to one of my customers that way, he also mentioned I was taking up time, customers hard earned money is how your company pays you and when I turned around to leave no one was behind me in either line(service losted) Good job showing your cashier how to lead by example. I do understand it is hard to find help but good customer service goes along way speedway
