This subway has been a mess for awhile. I believe Becky was the ladies name? Walked in after placing a to go order 25 mins in advance, I was still there 10 minutes after the projected time. The ladies making sandwiches were unknowingly talking down on peoples orders and one of them was mine lol then made fun of the order because of the coupon involved…also mine haha in the end the service was poor and my sandwich was subpar and still made incorrectly. Business as usual for this location.

It's a shame to give this place even one star. My coworker went out to get lunch for us today. I ordered a BLT add onions cheese and with mayo. What I got was a wrap with bacon cheese and onion. I called the store to ask for a refund or a replacement as I had assumed that a Bacon Lettuce and Tomato wrap would include those things. She told me no that it was impossible to replace or refund me because that was what I had ordered. After I asked to talk to a manager she said there wasn't one there but she was basically one because she worked there a lot and then hung up on me. I called again and she said there was nothing that could be done and as I asked for the managers name she hung up on me again in mid sentence. I called again to no answer a couple more times and gave up. I don't think that my assumption that a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich would have bacon lettuce and tomato on it is irrational and I don't think that asking for my sandwich to be replaced or refunded is asking that much. I work in customer service and the goal is always to resolve situations like this by making it right with the customer. Im not a karen and I'm not a complainer but this whole experience has made me really angry. If this person is indeed some kind of management or shift lead they need some serious retraining. This store has definately lost a customer and if this is the way that this would be handled at any other subway than this company had lost a customer. I know it's only $10 and it's only a sandwich but it's really a lot more than that. It isn't that she COULDN'T help me it was that she WOULDN'T help me. Why would you not want your customers to be happy? Why would you not want your customers to come back? My day had been soured by this experience and my opinion of subway has really diminished. I will be sure to share my experience at this location with others and depending on how corporate decides to resolve this I will be sure to share my experience with the company overall.

Tired of the different Subway chains skimping on the correct # of turkey slices? Me too. Skip all other places and come to this middleburg hts location next to Cory hair studio. They were super friendly and actually counted how many slices to put on the bread!

Bacon Lettuce and Tomato sandwich apparently does not include lettuce or tomato. After getting my BLT add onions cheese and mayo it contained only bacon onion and cheese. Ok fine I'm crazy for thinking a bacon lettuce and tomato sandwich would at least include those things. I called the store to ask to have my sandwich replaced or have a refund and the girl told me it was impossible to do either of those things and that it is basically my fault for ordering it that way. I said I assumed a BLT would contain bacon as well as lettuce and tomato as it is in the name of the sandwich. Again she told me no there was absolutely nothing she could do. I asked to talk to a manager and she said that there wasn't one but that she works there a lot so she's basically the manager and then she hung up on me. I called again and she said there's nothing she can do that's how I ordered it and as I was asking for the managers name she hung up on me in mid sentence. I called again a few more times and they wouldnt answer ther phone. What horrible customer service. Absolutely awful. If this girl is a manger she needs some serious training. Its so easy to resolve a situation like this. I don't think assuming there is lettuce and tomato on a BLT is irrational and I don't think asking her to take 5 minutes and fix it is unreasonable. I will be sure to tell people about my experience. I doubt anyone in charge of this place cares about Yelp reviews but just know that the way this situation was handled today was inexcusably bad and you probably need to look at hiring some new management if this girl is the one running this place. It's only $10 and it's only a sandwich but it speaks volumes to how you value you customers which is obviously not at all. Dont patronize this place go literally ANYWHERE else.

Really Subway? You are going to make combos and we are not aloud to substitute anything on the sandwich? What about making it our way? I ask for the same sandwich with a few substitutes and the cost skyrocketed. They wanted almost $20 for a footlong chips and a drink.... I go to McDonald's, see ya
