B647791A-66. Ordered 1 footlong via mobile app. Waited 30 minutes in store, then had to get in line and wait to find out where the sub was. Found it after 30 minutes it had not been made. I then asked for a refund and received no apology for time wasted.

Having been a Subway manager years ago, I know how good the quality is, but nowadays it is dropping as kids care more about their phones than Their jobs.

I went in around 1:30 (2/10) and there was one worker. She had multiple online orders due to a special going on. She also had people in line. She greeted me when I came in and said she will be with me as soon as possible. She did a great job preparing the subs and we had a great convo. Although she may have been overwhelmed she did a great job.
