Easily the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. I ordered a simple chicken quesadilla with no sauce, and when I got it, the cheese wasn’t even melted. I went back in and asked if they could fix it, and instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff gave me attitude. They barely warmed it up for a couple of seconds, and it still wasn’t right. The service was rude, the food was sloppy, and the place didn’t feel clean. Definitely wouldn’t recommend — stay away.

i don’t know how many times i can count that i have gone thru this drive thru and ordered a cheesy roll up and a CHICKEN and cheese quesadilla. said exactly like that. tell me why every single time i get a tortilla with ONLY cheese, and very little of it. so frustrating because i paid for a chicken and cheese quesadilla. also the cheesy roll ups are never melted. ever. why would i want to eat a cold piece of tortilla and shredded cold cheese?

Refused service in the drive through, because they didn’t want to ruin there drive through time. No one was behind us. We were ordering 4 boxes. Made us go inside then didn’t give us the right food. We also did wait a bit for them while they made other orders before ours.

Ordered from uber eats the order came to me cold, with no filling, no condiments, and hard. When I called the lady she was extremely rude and told me they couldn’t do anything. And when I explained that the coldness was probably not their fault but no toppings in my tacos and quesadilla as well as no sauce is their fault. Also I got a slushy from there and it was half empty. Overall will not being coming back to this location.
Food was crushed and crazy messy, and it was honestly just terrible! Taco bell is my favorite fast food, and this is actually trash. The burritos are more tortilla than filling, same with the taco, they didn't even fill the thing of fries before throwing it in the bag upside down. They didn't give us the sauce I paid for, or the sauce for the nuggets. If I wanted dry nugs with the ketchup from my fridge, I would have just made my own. Obviously I should have, and definitely never going here again, and even recommending my friends never give it a go. Gross.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this Taco Bell, and it’s even worse because this is the second location I’ve been to in less than a week with the same issue. The service was slow and unprofessional, but the real problem was the apple empanada I ordered. It was cooked in old, disgusting grease, which not only ruined the taste but is outright toxic. Reusing grease like that produces harmful compounds and raises serious health concerns. Clearly, there’s a pattern of neglect when it comes to food quality and kitchen cleanliness across multiple locations. This is unacceptable, and I won’t be returning to any Taco Bell until they fix these issues. Do better, Taco Bell!
