My wife and I had heard good things about Tavolo 72, so we decided to change up our usual routine and make a stop here to see what the hype was all about. Although our first visits to some restaurants were our last, this was not the case. The food was fantastic, the drinks were perfect, and the ambiance was quiet and cozy. And to make things even better, Marcus B., the bartender, was on point. We don't need a bartender who makes small talk, just one who is attentive, has good recommendations, and is professional. Marcus was all of the above, and our meals and desserts were excellent. We'll be back!

If you are staying at any nearby hotel, this is the best spot to eat in half a mile. The food is good, served quickly and with a smile. The flavor and taste is quite nice. The only unfortunate part is the restaurants location in the basement of the building. Order the salmon when you go.

Very convenient for travelers to have in the hotel. Great bar selection. Cozy place. Nice menu, typical bar food.

Limited bar menu but really good food at reasonable prices. Ditto on the beer. Great Kentucky bourbon ale. Very attentive staff.

Basic hotel food no alcohol available as the hotel does not have a liquor license. Weird...

I was skeptical given the 3.9 rating on Google, but the food was actually really good, esp the flatbread with mushroom, Boursin, and onion. They also had a slew of seasonal specials from the new chef (who personally checked in), who got the reins a month ago. We had a salad with grilled peaches, blue cheese, candied pecans, fennel, and steak -- fantastic except the steak was a bit over (asked for med rare). To drink I had old-fashioneds, which were spot on. And the bread pudding was perhaps one of the best I've ever had -- generous portion and so flavorful, light, and spongy. The servers were very friendly/chatty, too.

We originally weren't sure if we'd stop here but after a long drive, and checking in to the hotel, we thought, let's just go downstairs, grab some food, grab some drinksEnded up being a great decision! This place should be rated much higher. The new chef and the wait staff were so friendly and we enjoyed everything we had.Onion and Mushroom Flatbread- I mean, onions and mushrooms and cheese? Always great, but loved the boursin on this and the balsamic reduction so much.Grilled Peach and Steak Salad (Summer Special)- SO good! Was so nice to have grilled Peaches and everything in the salad was delicious. The steak was ordered medium-rare and was a little bit over, but was still super flavorful.Bread Pudding- Quite literally one of the best bread puddings I've had. We ordered some vanilla ice cream to go with it but honestly the bread pudding itself with vanilla bean whipped cream and the buttery sugary sauce at the bottom was enough on its own.Overall, come here to eat! If you're a local in the area or just someone staying at the hotel overnight. Nice drinks, great food, and great service. We felt very well taken care of. : )Vegetarian options: The onion and mushroom flatbread was SO good! A great option for vegetarians!

Located in the Crowne Plaza hotel minutes from the Cleveland airport, I decided to try this in house location rather than go out as I had a later checkin and was a bit tired. Wait-staff were attentive and even offered suggestions for their menu, which I took. After a 20-25 minute wait I was told the suggested and ordered item was “sold out” for the evening so I placed another order which came out quickly. Additionally, they discounted my meal for my inconvenience by comp-ing one of my beverages from the bar (Kentucky bourbon barrel ale, which was tasty). Wrapped up the evening with a delicious lemon berry cake, also recommended by the waitress.Overall, convenient, good customer service, and good food if you’re in the area!

Stopped in prior to flying out of Cleveland. Food was very good and service was good too. Got the veal parmigiana, homemade was very exceptional also had the salmon salad also very good. Would definitely come back in the future.

I stayed at the Crowne hotel and was really impressed with their food. I also got it to go. I had the Pasta make it your own way, salad and bread side. You can tell the food is made with love as well as the whipped butter it was served with was delicious. Kudos to the chef and staff they were really friendly. Definitely will be back.
