Every time I visit this location I am asked to “pull forward” out of the drive thru and to their front door because something isn’t ready.
Today I was told it would be 3 minutes on a crispy chicken sandwich and I ended up waiting a total of 10 minutes before going inside and getting my food that was indeed just sitting on the counter 😳
I will no longer be pulling up so your time looks good. If it takes 10 minutes to make a sandwich you will get that on your drive thru score. Sorry not sorry actually.

We went at lunch time on a Wednesday.

Our food was fresh, hot, and awesome. My single had two cheese slices and what seemed to be a whole salad on top of the burger--that's how much topping I got. DELICIOUS. And filling as well. My son, w ho works in the food industry, and frequents Wendy's, said his double cheeseburger was the best he's ever had from Wendy's. The fries were super hot too! Thanks crew at Wendy's! You're doing it all the right way.

I wish I could give them 0 stars. Everyone who works here doesn’t care about their job at all. Watching people stand around not even trying to put our order together even though we can see there is food prepared for our order. We also got 2 sandwiches and 1 fry. Unsure why it takes over 10 mins to put that together.

Drive-through worker almost made my 70 year old grandma cry!! So saddening as we’ve been patronizing this location since I was a child, but wow has it gone downhill. We also don’t normally leave reviews but we’ve never seen her so shaken up after something like this. To preface, we are genuinely understanding & I, having worked in food service completely understand moments of frustration. My grandma went through the drive-through this afternoon & was asked if she wanted her meal to be a combo with fries, she said okay, and pulled up, it took 20-30 minutes to make a wrap, drink, & fry, people were leaving the line from the wait. When she finally arrived at the window, the middle aged-white male worker who was sagging his pants below his bottom, wearing no gloves, and avidly complaining about working at this establishment, saying things like “what would happen if we all just walked out of here?”, was just cranky while handing her the food, (again understandable as a previous service worker) but as she pulled away she realized he hadn’t put the fries in the bag! So she went back, and he yelled that he had asked her twice about fries and “she said no” which simply never happened, but even if there was a miscommunication the next interaction simply should never have happened. He then proceeded to yell across the store at her about the fries & threw his hands in the air at her as well. He took the fries from another person’s order, slammed them on the counter, walked away, & she had to reach into the drive-through window to get them. Not only not fast food, but just hands down one of the worst customer service experiences she’s had in 70 years of life. Again genuinely we have never seen her so shaken up, he genuinely scared her & that should simply never be something anyone should experience while just trying to get lunch. Do better Wendy’s!

The guy working the drive-thru was extremely rude and hostile towards my 70 year old mother. Will not be coming back to this location. So disappointing since we’ve been coming here for over a decade. Stay away unless you want to be yelled at for ordering food at the drive-thru.

Ordered spicy nuggets, got regular, no taste. Wanted a baked potato, they had none. Person taking the order would rather have a tooth pulled than be there. Yikes last time for Wendy's.

I order from here about 2 or 3 times a week this time not happy at all with the service and the manager Chris I believe need to be talk to say how the moron aka me at the drive through order 3 biggy bags and extra nuggets on a mobile order and at my drive thru and we are short staffed so I will no longer be ordering from here. The workers had no problem with it so why would he.
