This place is now closed. If I could give it zero stars,I would! I used to work here and it doesn't surprise me that it closed. The franchise owner was not an astute small business owner. He didn't listen to his employees AT ALL! The soup isn't anything great either. It's mass produced in an off-site facility and comes frozen in a bag that is reheated in a retherm ( basically a vat of boiling hot water).

Millie is a phenomenal employee here—I’ve rarely if ever received such caring, kind, patient, hospitable customer service at a food venue. Turkey chili is awesome!

The common sense is just not there. Just spent 15 minutes waiting to be rung out with two little soups while the person in front of me was asking a question about literally every item in the store, which is fine they were not busy it was just two of us in line. But the workers literally made me wait for him to be done asking all of his questions to then ring me out. Senseless waste of people's time. On top of everything, after asking which bread I wanted, they failed to include any bread with my soup whatsoever. Honestly, that was a sad experience that shows the state of service industry at this time.

Preferred ZOUP where they offered more vegan options. I used to order the Impossible tuscan white bean soup 2-3x a week. I loved it so much. It’s been a huge disappointment not to see it again at any of the three. ZOUPS I would frequent. Oh well. 🤷♀️

I would give this location zero stars if possible. I had placed an order which was marked as delivered by the restaurant. After waiting for 30 minutes, I was finally able to get a hold of the restaurant. The manager of this location told me that he was not going to fill my order even though he had marked it as completed. I then asked why he did not inform me that he was going to cancel the order and he quickly hung up the phone. Definitely not using this location again.

Great spot! As somebody from out of town, it’s basically the same as what is offered at a Panera Bread, but this was better than any Panera I’ve visited. Great service and food

Not worth it for the price. I did the pick 2 the Mac n cheese was large and cold, my sandwich DRY with maybe one slice of deli meat and was maybe 5 inches (generous).
