I hae Covid so I ordered a chicken noodle soup. My congestion feels better, replaced by nausea at the excessive buttery taste of the broth. Its not even an after taste, its prominent from the first bite. The egg noodles are an inch or two long and there may have been 5 in there. The chunks of chicken was about the size of Campbell's chicken soup. I was expecting lots of noodles and protein, not buttery broth.

Great food and friendly service!
Mike is very polite and kind and went above and beyond to accommodate me and even suggested a creamy garlic herb sauce for my sandwich and it was delicious thanks Mike .

I ordered the Grilled Cheese Dipper with veggie wrap and soup, and everything was delicious! The grilled cheese was perfectly toasted, melty, and so fun to dip. The wrap was fresh and flavorful, and the soup tied everything together. A yummy, comforting meal — I’d definitely come back!

Very disappointed in the new ownership. Once a weekly customer, sometimes twice weekly, I was sad to see this place was closed indefinitely. Someone told me it reopened so I decided to go. $19 for a soup container that was barely half full and a ceasar salad with chicken that was made with spinach, and maybe three bites of chicken. Soups always used to be fresh and homemade, this was microwaved and zero flavor. Never had a complaint coming here before but I wont be returning now. Save your twenty bucks, if you spend it here you will get half of what you used to and still be hungry after.

Not the worst, I guess 🙄 but it used to be awesome. Now it's microwaved crap and Ceasar salads served with spinach and nothing that resembles Cesar dressing or chicken. Completely unimpressed by my first time here since the new ownership 100% won't be back. I'm not interested in half full microwaved soups and salads that are nothing like the decription. You wont last here if people come expecting what they used to be served.
I had a great experience! The food was delicious, service was fast, and the staff was so friendly. Shout out to staff member Mike who was very kind and had great energy!

Had a dental procedure and needed a liquid dinner. The husband and I decided on Zoup. Arrived and was immediately greeted. Used the super easy to use kiosk to place my order. Food was ready quick. Had a nice conversation with the owner. Nice to see a business owner who actually wants to connect with his customers. Got home and good was great. Just what i was looking for. Keep up the great work, we will be back soon :)

All soups taste the same. With Panera down the street (which also is bad but not as bad) I dont see how this place stays.

This place is now closed. If I could give it zero stars,I would! I used to work here and it doesn't surprise me that it closed. The franchise owner was not an astute small business owner. He didn't listen to his employees AT ALL! The soup isn't anything great either. It's mass produced in an off-site facility and comes frozen in a bag that is reheated in a retherm ( basically a vat of boiling hot water).
Good until owner shut down with no notice and everyone lost their jobs overnight.
Easy online order, fast service, friendly staff and good food
