Tried new Chicken Burbon sandwich...worst ever! Chicken patty was old and cold, onion crisps were old tasting, BBQ sauce and cheese cold. The drive thru wouldn't take cards so I had to go in and I waited 19 minutes for my order.
Person taking order was rude. impatient. she got my order wrong and the chicken seemed like it was put in the microwave to be reheated very tough. I didn't eat it. I would not recommend anything at this point. Regarding the question below.

how can your milkshakes be out for 6 months? Time and time again I ask and ask if they are available and I check the app but yet every-time I am met with “no” or “unavailable”. at this point I might as well call Arby’s Mcdonald’s for how much there machine is broken.
Fastest service ever. I placed an online order 1 minute prior to arriving and it was ready when I pulled up. Crazy. Polite staff and food quality was good even at almost 10
