Ordered Fish sandwich, curly fries and a coke. Coke was a diet instead of what I ordered..regular. They had no tartar sauce. Not too happy with this meal.

The other day I went through the drive thru. The experience occurred around dinnertime and there were perhaps 4 cars ahead of me. From the time I arrived until the time I left with food took nearly 25 minutes. On the plus side the food was fresh and hot and good, but the wait was ridiculous. I decided to try again a couple days later and when I got to the order area there were a bunch of signs on the board in which they were virtually out of everything on the special’s menu and shakes. They were waiting for the ordered food to arrive. WHAT? Who's doing the ordering? In fact, who is running this place? All I can say is if you're going to use this Arby's, do so only when you have a lot of time and patience.

Way too expensive! Remember the days of four roast beef sandwiches for $5 or three cheddar for $5. I know EVERYTHING is going up but your food just isn't worth it!
I was in line inside restaurant for almost a half hour they would stop waiting on people inside to do the drive thru. I will never come back here

Twice now in the evening. They can't get a simple order correct? And I literally waited 20 minutes before somebody took my order and the person in front of me even left before. I made it to speak to somebody. And then when I finally did speak to someone. It took them 10 minutes to fill my order for 2 sandwiches. And once again, they got it incorrect beef and shutter cheddar How hard is it to add extra red ranch sauce on the sandwiches ?
