My go to place when riding my bike from Chardon by way of Maple Highlands trail to Middlefield. Sparkling clean, great coffee and good food.

Great cup of coffee. The service was above and beyond . She even filled my water bottle for my bike ride. The shop is just West of the Maple Highland trail on SR88.

Absolutely lovely little place! The food was great and super affordable. Staff was very friendly and personal. Ended up staying a little longer to play some games!

I miss the old C’s cafe. I got a chai latte and it tasted and looked nothing like chai. When I went in and asked for a replacement they were rude and asked I pay for the replacement. I will not be going back.

Was in town for an afternoon and stopped here for lunch before heading back to Lakewood. What a gem! The staff is incredibly friendly. The menu is expansive, with boba, espresso, tea, house-made sodas, pancakes, waffles, wraps, paninis, and baked goods. There are vegan options explicitly listed on the food menu, and several non-dairy milk options. I ordered a chai latte with oat milk, and I very much recommend it. It didn't come sweetened, so I believe it's actually brewed chai and not a drink mix. Unrelated to food, I appreciate that the bathrooms are gender neutral. The reason I rated 4/5 stars and not 5/5 is because it would be nice if the vegan wrap had hummus or some kind of protein included.

Vegetarian options: Vegan options explicitly labeled, vegetarian options abound

Dietary restrictions: Vegan options, dairy-free options

Kid-friendliness: There's a shelf of games in the back. There were two little ones running around while I was there.

The latte tasted like soy sauce… the pastry was dated for 8 days before we bought it and we didn’t realize until after starting to eat it. Just gross. Can’t give it 1 star because I didn’t try the food, but I won’t be coming back. Used to love this place with the previous ownership.

Went in to order food and the pricing on the wall menu was not anything close to what was asked for at the register. I chose not to eat, as my skepticism was high, but my colleague ordered a sandwich to go. It was delivered on a plate, regardless of asking for a box, so she ate, and we left what seemed like a very strange a confused arrangement.

Worst chai latte I’ve ever had was one I got from here. I tried giving them a second chance, and they even remade it for me once, but I soon realized that it wasn’t just one bad drink, they have no clue how to make a good chai.

Cute, boutique-esque coffee shop with delicious coffee and yummy food. I had an estate dark roast (decanted) plus avocado toast sandwich plus a cinnamon muffin. Not a crumb or sip was left behind. Service was awesome, the young ladies seemed close, like family. Everything about this place deems a repeat visit.
