Ordered on the kiosk because the manager yells at customers if they don't. We were told the waitress would bring food to our table. 15 minutes later still no food. When we finally got the food it was cold. Lost our appetites when we saw a long blonde hair in our eggs then couldn't eat the food anyway.

Went inside to place an order. Restaurant was empty, but 3 cars were in the drive through.We waited over 5 minutes, and waved at some of the team members to get help. No one came up or offered to get someone to help. We were totally ignored , and left. Very sad that they were untrained in how to take care of the customers.

My nuggets were dead my french fries were old. My wife fish had to much tarter sauce and half of the fish was hanging off the bun. Sweet tea had way to much ice I pay tea not ice
