Nice customer service but the wait times are ridiculous like every McDonald’s location
We received no honey mustard for the 6 piece chicken nuggets. Then my fries were in a bag dumped upside down. Not coming back any time soon or at all
This is the 3rd time I've had a take-out within the last 2 months. Both were way sub-par to eat & took forever to reach the car. This morning was my last attempt. I was the only one in line. It took almost 15min to arrive! I had a steak bagel that was burnt! The onions were black & tasted like charcoal! The meat was all gristly! I attempted to eat half but perhaps had 2 mouthfulls. I can sit down elsewhere with coffee refills for less than the price. RIP McDonalds

My experience was exactly as it should be. Fast, reasonably friendly and the food was hot.
ordered a double quarter pounder meal and some chicken nuggets didn't get the burger just the nuggets and fries this is now the second time this has happened

If I was the owner of this location I would absolutely lose my mind if I saw the way this place is ran. At 9pm it took me 17 mins to get my order even placed in the drive thru. Because the store likes the pad their window numbers they will only take two cars at a time. and will not accept new cars into the line until the first two cars are completely out of the parking lot. Never an apology for the wait. I see more people standing around than I can even count. Take your money and time elsewhere!

Absolutely horrible service! They are anything but friendly and it wasn’t even that busy but was standing inside in line waiting to pay for 20 minutes and the people in the back who saw me didn’t bother to come up to the front to help! And then spent another 20 minutes waiting on the food but when it came out it was cold! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! If I could give it a negative star I would!

Waited 20 minutes for a happy meal and a $5 meal. We saw 3 people who ordered after us get their orders before us. Then when we got it they had forgotten the sauce for the nuggets and the apple slices for the happy meal and we had to go back in. When we said something about the wait we got an attitude from the lady who said she was only 1 person! We saw our number dissappear off the monitor well before we received our food. They have 2 drive through lanes open and they only seem to care about them! The only person working who seemed to care was an older lady working the counter.

Weirdest drive through experience every time here. I'm used to being parked in front of the store with everyone else at this point. However, the food has been consistent and ordering on the app makes everything streamlined.

I waited in the drive-thru for at least more than 5 minutes for 2 McChicken sandwiches, there was 3 cars in front of me also waiting. No one was moved to the waiting space except for me when I finally made it up to the window to get the sandwiches. It was 1140 am on a Saturday

Once again I ordered food to go, got home and missing part of my order. I don't know what's so hard about putting people's food in their bags. Its on a screen, all they have to do is read it and put the stuff in the bag. Once again my order was messed up. Didn't give me everything I ordered. It's bad enough that I have to put my order in on a screen because there is never anyone at the counter. Half the time the machines are out of paper so I can't even get a receipt. No one says hi, have a great day or even acknowledge the customers anymore. It's sad.
