Small portion ( order the largest sub so the fries portion should match) sub bread was burnt! mind you this was my second try with this location u pay so much and get half a hand full of fries DO NOT size up your meal it's a rip off and the staff always look like they just rolled out of bed not professional visual wise ( so imagine how they make your food) but they smile it's so weird I'm not surprised the food looks the same stale dry and under a heat lamp ill drive farther for better

Specifically, I asked for no mushrooms because of food allergies. $25 in food was later wasted because they said they could make it without it. Now I'll be sick the rest of the night because you didn't take the time to make the food properly

They should have a choice of gluten-free bread here if they're going to make hoagies for all. This is decent food compared to most fast food, they just don't have gluten-free choices. I put tater tots on the base and had them add the sandwich material above it.

It has literally been almost a decade or two since I remember going to a Mr. Hero. There just aren't any in a convenient location where I live. I recently got a job though nearby and while spinning into Middlefield looking for a late lunch, spied them and gave them a shot.
The Romanburger I got was absolutely amazing. It was a wonderfully melty mess of meat and cheese and onions, wrapped tightly to hold it's form perfectly for my drive back to the office. The waffle fries were exactly how I remembered them and were crispy on the outside and steamy hot in the center.
Overall, it transported me back to the mid 1980's when I used to go to Mr. Hero with my father and enjoy a Romanburger, a coke and a couple games of Tapper from the arcade machine that used to sit in the corner. It's just the right mix of structure and greasy, gooey goodness that you'd expect. The lady who took my order was friendly and nice and was smiles the entire time. 10/10, for fast delicious lunch, will be back.

Perhaps some of the worst food that has graced my taste buds. When I sent my food back, and requested a refund, they would not give it to me. However the offered to FIX my bad food with MORE bad food. That’s $25 and stomach pain that I will have to deal with.
Over cooked fries setved cold, green tomatoes on sandwich, dirty tables wobbly. Not a good experience. Won't be back
