All my of 8 sliced round pizza was cut up into small squares and half of my food was cold and all of my food was dry

Highly disappointed with our order. We ordered two pizzas, both were mostly dough with no sauce and a super thick layer of cheese. We ordered regular marinara so I assumed we would get a regular amount of the sauce, not a nearly non existent amount. The dough was also extremely greasy/oily, more so than a pizza should ever be. We ended up having to throw away the pizzas because they’re inedible despite our efforts to power through. I’ve filed a complaint with corporate seeing that this is apparently a recurring issue according to the reviews lately. Hopefully we can get our money back for the wasted, poorly made food.

I ordered at 440pm, they said it would be ready in 15 min. 1.5 hrs LATER, they give me half my order! They forgot the other stuff! They offer me a 2 liter of pop as compensation? I only gave 1 star to leave the review. I'd give zero if I could. Not ordering from here ever again.

I really don't know what the hell's going on with this place lately but I called about 11-12 days ago to order a pizza for delivery. I was told there were no drivers...ON A WEEKEND EVENING!!! I called AGAIN just 3 nights ago at around 6:00 pm to TRY and order a pizza for delivery, AGAIN. NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE!! I tried SEVERAL MORE TIMES AND, STILL, NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE!! How I'm the name of all that is good and holy is this place still even in business?! Also, a couple months ago I tried ordering a pizza and was told they don't deliver to my area. Nevermind the fact that over the past year I've ordered AT LEAST 20 times and they've ALWAYS delivered!! The guy actually ARGUED WITH ME SAYING THEY'VE NEVER DELIVERED TO MY AREA!!! Now, here's the REALLY funny part...he told me that I live WAY out of their delivery area and they've NEVER gone "that far". Ready?! I live right up in Burton Village, it's LITERALLY NOT EVEN 5 MILES!!!! It's a STRAIGHT SHOT WEST on 87 for a couple miles, turn left, and I'm 1/4 mile from 87. SERIOUSLY?!?! BUT YOU DELIVER TO WEST FARMINGTON AND HUNTSBURG, AND PARKMAN BUT 4.3 MILES IS "OUT OF YOUR DELIVERY AREA"?!?! 🤣🤣😡🤬, AND YOU'VE "NEVER DELIVERED THAT FAR AWAY?!!". Nevermind the fact that a few days after that I ordered a pizza (I KNOW, RIGHT?!?! I WAS SUCCESSFUL!!) and they delivered it without even an ounce of hesitation or thought for how it's "WAAAYY out of their delivery area"!!!! Yup, you've pretty much guessed it. It's a giant CLUSTERFU....... over there. But, I do have to say, while I'm not exactly a huge fan of their pizzas (they were THE KINGS of pizza in the 80s but it's like their food quality and flavors are SO SO SO INFERIOR to what they used to be) but their pan pizza with TONS of sausage and beef is actually pretty tasty... they DEFINITELY have some of the BEST pizza sausage that's out there. That's why I end up getting these RIDICULOUS CRAVINGS for their pizzas and I get so BENT when I can't get one for one reason or another. I mean, 6:00 pm AND YOU'RE EVIDENTLY CLOSED?!?! Why ELSE wouldn't they answer the phones for several hours? So, either they're closed or they're just flat ignoring the phones, or they don't have a driver, or I live "WAAAYY" out of their delivery area, OH!!! I FORGOT!!!! When they were either closed or ignoring the phones I tried placing my order on-line. THEY WERE "SOLD OUT" OF THE *ONE* REASON I WAS TRYING TO ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! NO ITALIAN SAUSAGE!!!! IT LITERALLY SAID IT RIGHT THERE WHERE YOU SELECT THE TOPPINGS YOU WANT!!!!!!? THE SAUSAGE WAS GHOSTED OUT AND IT SAID "SOLD OUT" ACROSS THE PLACE WHERE YOU SELECT IT!!! 🤣😂😡🤬. I CAN'T BELIEVE I ALMOST FORGOT THAT!!!! So, anyway, I ended up just getting a pizza from Georgio's and paying $30.00 for a 14 INCH PIZZA!!!!! THEY CHARGED ME $8.00 TO DRIVE JUST OVER 4 MILES AS A DELIVERY CHARGE!!!! And, the pizza SUCKED. GROSS. NEVER again, $8.00 delivery!!

Parking: What you do is turn off of either 608 or 87, drive into the parking lot towards Pizza Hut, locate an empty space, move your vehicle into said space, place transmission into "Park", switch engine off, et voíla. You've successfully parked.

Much like other reviewers, we have been regulars here. This food was inedible. None of the dough was proofed. It was the consistency of paste. It was cold, it was undersized. It was absolutely not the quality that anyone expect....even on a bad day. The real issue is that no one would answer, they won't address it. They won't even acknowledge it.
At the point that they refuse to even talk about it, it is more than a mistake.
I have suggested in every possible way that I would like to rectify this without posting here, but there is zero interest, so here we are.

Throughout the years, we've ordered from this Pizza Hut countless times and never had a major problem until now. This order is definitely the last from any Pizza Hut, anywhere. Order was for pickup. We went to pick it up and they told us it wasn't ready and it would be 20 more minutes. 20 minutes later and they say another 20 minutes. Tried calling the store and and was connected to a foreign call center and they had know idea what was going on. We go back 20 minutes later and they finally give us something that might resemble food. Never again!

This is the worst location ever. Corporate needs to clean the slate of everyone at this location non stop screw ups have excuses for every time and no one there is capable of resolving issues with customers. Pizza hut you are better than this come on!

Horrible!! Over an hr to get 2 pizza's for take out after getting message saying that is was done after 15 min. Called several times and it directed me to a call center? Couldn't understand the language they were speaking. An hr and 15 min we finally received pizza boxes dripping with grease that stained up my car and not very hot. Never again! Such a disappointment. Not good business.

This Place has really gone down hill. Our last order Gave us food poisoning. The Pizza looked old, it was room temp at best. This made no sense because between ordering and pickup was only 20 minutes. I Wouldn’t be surprised if it was an old pepperoni pizza that someone else never came to get from a previous day. The order before this one took three times longer than what it usually takes and we were given the excuse we accidentally burnt xyz items. Seems to be a common excuse. If you suck at your job or hate your job, find a new job. It’s not an excuse to serve people unsanitary food. I would avoid this place until reviews improve.

Problem with Manager and call center . Called ordered a pan pizza , received a hand toss. Because my recipe should hand the manager said there is nothing they can do about. I told them I will not order there again, she said 'owell " not professional at all.

Did a pick up order on the app. Got there when it told me it was ready about 20mins after I placed the order Pulled up to the window, waited forever, then they told me it’d be another 15 mins. Waited 15 more mins, go in they said 5 more minutes. Pull back up to the window and they handed it to me, after waiting so long for someone to come to the window. Got home, just down the road. and it was the wrong pizza, and cold.. I go back and wait forever at the window again, showed them the pizza and tried to show them the receipt but they didn’t wanna see and I didn’t feel comfortable giving the wrong pizza back in case they tried to give it to someone else on their order because it was touched. She got pissed off and I could see her talking rudely about me through the window and I got ticked and beeped my horn and told her I could see her. Then she apparently went to grab “my” pizza. It was again not the pizza I ordered and it was cold and looked old. And she said something again and it ticked me off and I’m sure I did cuss at whoever it was but like dang, it’s taken me an hour and a half just to get two cold, old pizzas I didn’t want and a girl with a bad attitude. So then I made a complaint to customer service and the manager I assume, Thomas, sent me a passive aggressive email and ticked me off again so here ya go.

11/2/24 5:30pm: Ordered at 3:30p, still not ready -took an extra 20 minutes. Staff was yelling and arguing, and not wearing gloves while preparing food.
