dinner paid in full + tip, driver wouldn’t just leave it at my door, left with my food, and came back because i didn’t answer, even though according to the tracker it was still being made. you didn’t need to collect money, you just needed to drop it off. paid $40 for hassle.

I would leave 0 stars if I could! I did a mobile order at 11:30 this morning scheduled for 4:30 this evening. I got a notification that it had been delivered at 4:28. Nothing there. Waited until 4:50 go to the store to be told it’s on the way 5:30 still nothing delivery. Go back to the store to say I still had not received it. Asked them to just waive the delivery fee and tip I had already paid for and make a new order. Only to be told “well we could but we’re really busy.” I live around less than a mile from the store, there is no way it takes over an hour to deliver. HORRIBLE customer service. Oh and don’t bother calling because you end up on the phone with a call center!!! I will never order from them again. I have worked in customer service, some things you can’t control, but you do your best to solve the issue not just blow it off!

Food is decent enough, but my god is that place FILTHY. If you saw the state of their make table, you’d never let that stuff enter your body. Everything is coated in a thick layer of grease/grime, and they really do hire anyone. It’s sad to see how truly unsanitary and unsavory it’s become, but that’s just how it is. There’s a reason all my friends and family get violently sick when we eat there.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ..... I believe we ordered five supreme pizzas and the worse ever ,the crust just sucked,no flavor at all,and there wasn't anything on the pizzas hardly except mushrooms and cheese but very little cheese ....and I don't really like mushrooms but if it's not too much on the pizza I can eat it but this was way way too much,I wish I would've put some pictures I mean literally it was embarrassing, I had my husband's family here and I was embarrassed for the pizza I was trying to feed them 😭...and some of my friends ... I wouldn't have cared so much but the price was so much it was literally $100 for five pizzas but I just promised myself I won't ever order from here again.. I'm not a big fan of Domino's pizzas but I'll tell you this much it is better than this place 🙄

Ordered wings and a a personal 'Flatzz' pizza. We had already had and liked the Flatzz pizza. What blew me away was the wings! With few exceptions, pizza place wings can be hit or miss. These were a home run!

Happy with them at all the past year we have had nothing but issues getting our pizza, we have to pay for a delivery fee, but yet my husband has had to leave at least four times to go get her food because they apparently don’t know how to get here even though they’ve been here multiple times, it’s a complex not hard. I put the order in at 7:23 called them at 8:45 for them to tell me my order was still coming because I thought they closed at 8. It is now 10 o’clock. I had to call them and ask she said oh my order has been ready for a long time….. like OK nobody thought to say that… no I’m cooking at 10 o’clock at night for my three-year-old. Thanks for yet again ruining our dinner plans. DO NOT RECOMMEND DELIVERY . Plus the one time I was home alone trying to get Pizza and the DoorDash was super creepy and wanted me to leave my house and walk down the road and meet him at his car. NOOPE ABSOLUTELY NOT, SIR.! Plus one am I paying a fee for if I never get my food delivered

Not happy at all, We put an order in at 7:30 PM. Call them at 8:45 and ask them if we were still getting our order since we thought they closed at 8:30. They said yes it is now 10 o’clock at night. I had to call them and they said oh my order has been ready for a while now………. Like OK, Why couldn’t they just tell me that and we would’ve came and picked it up like we have in the past because they suck so much and never have a delivery driver. WE PAY FOR A DELIVERY FEE, but yet my husband has literally had to go meet them at least five times to get our food but yet we’re paying for delivery? Not only that one time I was home alone with my three year-old and I ordered pizza and this creepy old guy from DoorDash made me leave my house and meet him on the road not even in my driveway. It was not very cool…. They never offered refunding or anything so now I’m cooking it at 10 o’clock at night for my three-year-old…
