By far the slowest service ever. Not busy 1 person before me would not stop talking about her HS band. 45 minutes to even take my order!!! I left went to another subway, it was closed and came back and she was still helping the guy in front of me. By far the slowest employee I have ever seen in my life.

I’ve been going to this subway for 4 years now and the service is always consistent. Ms. Rita is polite, quick and very personable. The ingredients always look and taste fresh. The store is spotless no matter what time of day you come in. Often times she’s working the store alone but you won’t catch her complaining. If you’re in Middlefield and need a quick bite for lunch, stop at her Subway and she’ll get you in and out with a full belly.

Pulled up 20 mins before closing time and she saw me pull up... ran and hid in the back! I sat in the parking lot and called home to let them know subway is closed... she peaked out to see I was still outside and ran in the back again... LMAO!! Why do I even bother???

The one employee didn’t seem friendly & was very impatient. They were no longer any photos to see what bread you’re choosing. Kid’s sandwich’s are now only allowed 2 kinds of bread, kids are also limited to only 4 meat options. Meats don’t look appetizing. All vegetables look wilty or starting to moosh. Employee would do every veggie & sauce with aggressive body language. Overall very poor experience. The food & service were not worth my time, money or energy. No thanks, next time I’ll pass on Subway here in middlefield!

Ordered a Turkey wrap with bacon...person behind counter put on 3 of the thinnest, see-through half pieces of turkey that I've ever seen. 2 pieces of bacon, didnt ask me if I wanted it heated up. Then when it came to the veggies I got the smallest bit of spinach, 2 slices of tomato, 2 skinny pieces of green pepper and onion stretched out, and FOUR pieces of black olives. When I commented that a wrap should be the same as a 6 inch and I'd gotten 6 pieces of Turkey on a 6" sub, I was told that other stores put on too much??!!?? My wrap when finished looked like a flat envelope. Biggest shock was getting to the register and being asked to pay $12.48!! More than the foot long price!! Are you kidding me?!? How can an owner take pride in that sad sad product going out his door.Never going back.

I give it a 3 due to they did not have the $7.99 boxes for 12 cookies, but instead of charging that price would total $16, they charged us $21.98 for 8 three packs. Not right, font advertise it if you dont have it.
