Over the years the quality of their food has taken a hit and then some. Just like any other place I am a creature of habit and since I get the same thing a lot of the time, of course some of my favorites are discontinued which is discouraging but again my consistent liking for certain things keeps from having repeated negative experiences. That being said, draw your own conclusions. Stick to the specials and the popular menu items and you should do ok

Got the new cantina bowl, missing beans and sour cream, then also had a white hair and plastic in the bowl. Also missing a drink and 2 tacos from this order. Great Taco Bell!!!!
Went there tonight with our two sons. One had ordered online the other was going to order inside. Dining room closed due to being short staffed. Went through the drive through and told them we had one online order and wanted to put in another order. They asked for the name on the online order then said you have pull up to window because of them being short staffed. When we got to the window they handed out the online order and said you have to go around and go through the drive through again for another order due to them being short staffed even though there were no other customers in the drive through or parking lot. I was not going to play that game so we left and went next door to get gas. Watched that drive through and was at least 10 minutes before another vehicle went through that drive through

Went there at 11:36 Supposed to Be open until 1:00 am the outside drive thru states they are closed. Meanwhile inside are 3 boys hanging out inside that clearly should not have been in there with a girl leaning over the counter and long hair kid standing in the drive thru window with his back turned! This place is a joke!

You know, this is one of those incredibly rare beasts of a restaurant where I ALWAYS get my order as I ordered it, accurate to the last detail, and with incredibly friendly and courteous staff 100% of the time. I mean, why can't ALL of the fast food places emulate whatever it is that Taco Bell of Middlefield does?!?! It's simply uncanny how this place is ALWAYS on the ball and the staff is ALWAYS just as friendly as can be and (at least MY orders, historically) have even special request orders accurate 100% of the time. TAKE A HINT, YOU, ACROSS THE STREET!!!
