So I drive to Middlefield because chardon sucks. But the last two weeks this food has been awful. I place a mobile order and when I get there 20 minutes or so later the food has been sitting. In the information it stats drive thru orders will be prepared when you arrive. For two weeks I have ordered $30 worth of food and threw it all our because its disgusting and soggy and ice cold. The crunchwrap was hard i took one bite!

We as a big family usually spend quite a bit of money here. Never really had a problem until this night. Young kids probably were mad that it was a big order and did what they did. They are lucky I didn’t break a tooth or one of my kids swallowed this. I’m disgusted and will never return here

To whoever made my two Crunchwrap Supremes (CS) tonight - You made the worst CS that I have ever had. Each one had less than one tablespoon of meat in it and lacked other fillings. It was basically all tortilla and lettuce. I hate to leave bad reviews but for $12, this was horrible. I attached Taco Bell's photo of a CS which we all know is never this big, but these were the worst by comparison. Do better Taco Bell Middlefield!
Night time crew is insanely rude. Placed a large order, for a large family at 930pm - like people often do and they did nothing but yell and complain about it right at the window where we can see and hear them, and proceeded to throw their hands up and give us dirty lookss while leaving the drive thru. 2 small blonde-ish girls. If you don't like your job, find a new one. Not only that, but they can't even get substitutes or order qty correctly. Do better, yikes
Fast forward, once I got home and realized we were missing an entire meal, I spoke with kayla on the phone letting her know someone would be there to pick up the missing food - once they get back to taco bell, they tell him we weren't missing anything and only provided 1 item, as he was leaving the drive thru, the crew standing in the parking lot yells 'it's clear you're lying to get free food'. I called back and still got no help.
Not only can you hear them bitching while your order is getting read back to you at the speaker, they'll complain in your face, cursing loudly right by the window, and also scream and call you a liar on your way out.

The lady that gave me my food was rude and they were screaming in the restaurant. They were cussing in the back very loudly and kept walking out of the restaurant.

It's taco bell.... it's ok, but not worth the money you spend there.
The food does taste good but has very very very very minimal meat one of the crunch raps I ordered didn’t have any meat at all. I’d just appreciate a little more bang for my buck

I dined in for lunch during the week. The facility was clean and quiet. I used the kiosk to order a cantina bowl with modifications and got my food very quickly. The only critiques are that I asked for no lettuce, but they snuck it in anyway (Taco Bell has a weird taste to me), and the food was not hot, just kinda warm.
I felt bad for leaving without ringing the bell ? so if you were working on Monday at lunchtime, here's your bell!
