This restaurant is amazing. the food quality is superb and the staff are friendly and attentive. the owner even came out and checked that we enjoyed our meal. it is great to see an owner take an active role in his establishment! we will definitely be coming back!

I had heard A LOT of good things about this place and have been wanting to try it for some time. I finally got my chance and decided to get a carry out burger. Walking in, you first notice how amazingly clean it is. The atmosphere is very nice as well. The hostess that greeted me and took my order was extremely polite, courteous, and efficient. I ordered the BYO Burger and fries. The food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Sadly, when I went to a place to park and eat my meal, I knew from the very first bite that the burger was awful. The fries were hot and crisp but insanely salty. The burger, though, I can't even explain it adequately. It has an overpowering taste of pepper or something (I'm not sure exactly what but to me it seemed like black pepper). The burger once bitten into looked no different inside from a cheapo Circle K burger. It just didn't even look right. It was so bad, in fact, that I couldn't even take another bite and ended up throwing it away. The meat didn't taste right, the texture inside didn't even look remotely close to what a burger normally looks like other than those processed cheap gross things from Circle K. For $13.00 I certainly expected to at the very least be able to eat the whole thing. Alas, it was so awful as far as MY palate is concerned that I couldn't even force myself to eat it. Please keep in mind that this is MY opinion of my FIRST time going there. It was ONE burger and fries. I do not in any way wish to ruin the reputation of The Cutting Board because from all accounts I've heard from people the food is excellent. Unfortunately, mine was awful to put it kindly. I wish to be totally fair to them and also say that I did go in relatively close to closing time. It could've been a bad day for the cook, it could've been someone new, it could've been any number of reasons why my food was so horrible and I do fully intend to give them another chance. It's really too bad, too, because had my food been edible I would've easily given 5 stars because of the cleanliness and the wonderful attitude and service of the hostess. I wish to also point out that the restroom was immaculate. Hopefully, next time I go there I'll have a better experience with the food. I learned, though, that their BYO Burger is most definitely not for me. Do be prepared, too, if you're looking to get one of their steaks, it's definitely going to hit your wallet hard at $36 to $40 per steak. While I am very eager to try one, I'm also extremely hesitant due to my experience with my burger. It's a very, very nice and clean place with fantastic service so I will definitely be back to give them another chance. The way I see it is that if they have the cleanliness and service at such a level of perfection this situation could very well have just been a one-off due to a bad day or any of a multitude of reasons that doesn't warrant destroying a business's reputation over. Everyone is human and everyone makes mistakes and everyone has different tastes. I wish The Cutting Board the very best.

Stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful turkey sandwich with gravy and mashed potatoes. It was excellent. My wife had the salad bar. We enjoyed the food. Very clean and new.Has anyone had the $40 steak?

Absolutely delicious food! I had the chicken noodle soup and smash burger with house chip and everything was delicious, hot and flavorful. Even their iced tea was amazing. We come out here when we go to Punderson for a weekend and just love this restaurant. Prices are great too! A must to stop at when in the area!!

I would go again but I when I went we were the only table I went in with my bestie and his grandma loved the food and service but if I did come in I totally wouldn't use a card not with the extra card fees it charged a lot for a bill that was 40 dollars so don't come here with a card only do
