Want a coffee? Don't go in the morning. They won't, can't, or don't know how to make coffee, cappuccino, cold brew, etc. Pretzels are awesome though. Too bad Ferroni's isn't open at 5am.

Prices are a bit high. We were charges twice for a beverage. we had told the lady we had purchased the fountain drink with our first order. We dined in and our 2nd order was take out. Our fountain drink, about a 12oz, was almost $4. Would have been better off with a capped item.

I love the food but when you call or text in to preorder something because you on your break from work and are told it’s going to be ready at a certain time show up and still have to wait 6-8 minutes. This has happened at least 7 times now! A little frustrating

We drove about an hour from Chagrin Falls to this country market (the drive was so pretty!). We went specifically for the Pretzel Bar. I had read about it online. There were many options and they were all made from scratch! Delicious! Lots of meat and the pretzel dough adds so much flavor. The portions are large and I found the prices to be very reasonable for what we got.
