Ordered garlic twists, as theyre my FAVORITE and Im from youngstown and we don't have a Zeppes near us. Just something to munch on. Were delicious other than the fact they could have been done just a SMIDGE more, they were a little doughy. Other than that excellent as always!

Placed a take out order on Memorial Day. I was so impressed that the Manager and assistant managers were working. Wish I caught their names because they are wonderful people. But the most exciting issue was that we tried their Breaded Wings and both my wife and I were so pleasantly surprised to find that Middlefield might finally have somewhere to get delicious fried chicken. Something this town is missing. But my only worry is these will disappear because it was a monthly special. Please people go and try these and if you like them like we did maybe we can get them to keep them on the menu.

I ordered a carry out pizza from the Chardon Zeppe's this evening and the pizza was very delicious, flavorful and well made. The vegetable toppings were very fresh and well placed on the pizza. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. I was very pleased with my meal and my service this evening. I look forward to many return visits. Thank you Chardon Zeppe's.

I ordered online, paid and my card didn’t work, checked my card and saw a partial amount was charged. Called the store and told the manager what, happened, asked if she could look and refund the amount, she said she didn’t see it. I said ok thanks I’ll call the card and hung up. Ordered my order with a different card. Manager called back to see if I ordered again, then told me I was pretty rude when I called earlier….WHAT?! I said I have like 5 things going on right now so I apologize for not schooling my voice. She then said, you just acted like I took money off your card. *jaw dropped* again WHAT. I confirmed my order and hung up. I guess the manager thinks we’re all simpletons who think the manager charges the card herself. Completely unprofessional and off putting.
