1368 at 1:40 on 5/30/25 Ordered a 4 and 6 peace chicken nugget kids meal. Got 2 4 peace chicken nugget kids meal. Asked it they could correct the charge since I got two 4 peace but unless I drove back nothing could be changed or compensated. Then when I said I would take the loss I guess the phone ended. No apology or anything.

This McDonald's is absolutely disgusting. Service is Absurd They serve green folded eggs. The whole store is dirty. They're always short-staffed. The managers are completely rude and obnoxious. And also it's Unprofessional for a manager screaming at another manager for doing her job Customers of the restaurant don't need to be hearing that

Terrible! I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the worst service I think I’ve ever had. We placed our order on the kiosk and my moms accidentally placed through the drive through so we asked so switch it to inside, but as we tried to ask for help, the associate walked RIGHT BY HER, acted like she wasn’t even talking to her. Then as my mom tried speaking, the lady interrupted and wouldn’t stop to listen “we’ll be right with you we’ll be right with you”, but couldn’t listen to the issue needing switched. Then, we asked another lady and the same situation happened! Finally my dad got them to listen and got her order inside. Other customers in there also waited an extensive amount of time, were saying “never coming here again” and some guys wanting to order at the counter (due to having a large truck not able to go through drive through) were told to go to the kiosk and wouldn’t be helped at the register. Awful service from all employees and the CHERRY ON TOP is that my brother STILL got the wrong sandwich. At that point we just left.

This McDonald's is perhaps the worst in the area, I must have stood at the main register for at least 5 minutes before even being noticed, then directed to use the kiosk. The drive thru time is even worse. I found this to be ridiculous, especially when the actual food came out in less than 3 mins. Overall the food quality was satisfactory. I think one of the main problems was there appeared to not be any senior management on duty which seemed ridiculous to me at a 6 pm dinner rush.
Recommended dishes: Quarter Pounder Hamburger, French Fries, Mcdouble

We came through the drive-thru here after a long flight before going to our hotel. It was about 30 minutes before they closed, and we got a 20-piece nugget. Are nuggets were hot and fresh, but are french fries tasted like they dumped all the salt they had on them, and they were nasty and old. I hate to be the person that comes in towards the end of the shift to order something but this time it was necessary. The staff were polite but the food was not so great. I guess I should expect that coming here so late.

There’s a female manager at this McDonald’s who has the worst attitude I’ve ever encountered. If you don’t want to start your day at 7 a.m. being rudely yelled at for asking about your order, do yourself a favor and don’t come here.

The prices are extra high at this McDonald’s. $4.99 for a sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle at all other McDonald’s in my area except for this one of course it’s $5.99. And definitely not served with a smile. Rude and uncaring. That’s how I would describe this morning’s visit.

Food was really good and fresh. The drinks are horrible though. Carbonation system is messed up. If you like flat pop it's for you. To get best results order food with a coffee or frozen drink.
