The Milan Wine Post has a cozy atmosphere with great food. Limited menu but good, nice feature drinks alone with wine. The staff is amazingly friendly. A must stop. We stop every time we travel from DC to IL.
Stopped for a glass of wine and a snack. Plenty of wine choices as well as beer and seasonal cocktails. Extremely reasonable corkage fee ($3) if choosing a bottle from retail area. Cheese tray was more than enough for two people.
Lots of dark wood and plenty of seating - including a comfy couch at the front window that overlooks the town square.

Visited mostly for nostalgic reasons. This was a general store during my childhood.Delighted to find an excellent wine from Sandusky's Firelands Winery.
Parking: Street parking right by the entrance or elsewhere around the town square. Busy on a Saturday morning.
