Normally we have no issues when we come here but today it was the complete opposite. They forgot to ring in my son’s food so his food came out when everyone else was almost done eating. My wife’s food had hair in it. Never once saw a manager and none of the issues we had were addressed or fixed. Anytime we would ask the server Chase for anything he seems annoyed and agitated with everything to do with us. By far the worse experience I’ve ever had here. My son was so excited to come here for his birthday dinner and it was nothing but a disappointment.

Food and service were relatively decent, and the atmosphere was average. The pricing is a little high in comparison to other local businesses. The bartender doesn’t have a clue when it comes to their cocktails. Management - I recommend coaching for your bartender to ensure consistency with cocktails, every visit should be the same quality. It shouldn’t be that hit or miss, because how am I supposed to bring friends and family there if I can’t expect the same service? Also, either decrease your prices to reflect what other businesses in the area charge for similar offerings or increase the portion sizes to make it more worthwhile. Overall, decent establishment that could be a 5 star experience with some tweaking.

The only reason I decided to leave a review was due to the horrible service our server was Brittany she was very short not very attentive! Brittany was more concerned with sitting at the Bar building realationships with customers at the Bar and seemed anoyed with other customers needs such as ourselves . I have been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and have not seen such a non caring attitude in a long time . She is not helping to improve return buisness .

Order placed online for a group. One item on the order was sent incorrectly and was for a person with gluten allergy. I called and asked if we could get a replacement since it was incorrect and made the arrangements for her to pick up. When she was there to pick up they were rude to her and made us pay for the replacement. I ordered online, have the confirmation that it was ordered correctly and was told by Sidelines "I cannot see how the online order works so I dont know how you did it" and they told the girl picking it up it was our fault. This is not how to treat people. By the way, you lost another large order that was coming in 2 days because of this.... we will go elsewhere from now on.

I ordered the perch dinner. Took 40 mins to get our food. Food came out cold and clamy. Cole slaw was absolutely gross. Service was poor. In the 40 mins of waiting for food she maybe refilled our drinks one time. The place maybe had 20 people in the whole place and 5 of those at the bar seating. I am usually not one to leave a reveiw unless warranted. Tried this place once before and it wasn't good then either. I gave it a couple years and finally was open minded enough to try again. Only came here because freight house is closed down. Don't waste your time on this place. Go to Blutos or Red Shamrock.

Terrible service. Margarita tasted like extremely watered down mix. Had to ask if that was the margarita when she set it down. It was in a short drinking glass and barely had any color. I wasn’t sure if it was discolored water since I had also asked for a glass of water. Took one sip and asked to trade in for a Budweiser. Again asked for a glass of water. Brought our appetizer and finished it before she brought a bud light over. I didn’t say anything about it being the wrong drink ( I had asked for a regular Budweiser) and again for the third time asked for water. Ordered hamburger and she said do you want the lettuce tomato and onion that comes with it? I said yes please. Brought hamburger with no tomato. Fries were not done and onion rings were overcooked I have never in my many years of drinking margaritas had such a terrible watered down almost clear one. I couldn’t have forced it down it was so bad. She told us the beer would be $2 since happy hour. Our bill had the $4.95 margarita on it. Second time we have been there and was looking forward to a nice lunch while our car was worked on next door. Experience this time was terrible, what a disappointment. Will not be returning or referring anyone.

Passing through and this place looked good. Lots of TV’s for football and a very nice, friendly server. Beer was cold. The food was a ripoff. 4 of us. Two soup and salads, two chili’s, one fried mushroom appetizer. The soups and chlils were ice cold and minute ( for the price). Sent back, returned lukewarm warm. The chili was about as boring as is possible and the soups couldn’t have been from a can because no soup company would put out such garbage (all water and a few anemic noodles). Off course the mushrooms were out of a bag…edible but SO uninspired. For the food portion we paid +/-$50 and it was worth ZERO. They had a nice looking place and a fun looking menu but the execution was as bad as is possible. Don’t eat here. They’re scamming for dollars.
