Not sure if this place had any seating. I rarely goto subway but I can't believe my sub was $16 for a BMT. Sub was good, just got a sticker shock.

I bought two subs and on both of them I asked for extra everything and I got the normal amount and my sub is tiny and I'm not happy with it at all when I ask for extra pickles jalapeno onion lettuce tomato banana pepper black olives I want extra not normal

Such kind, pleasant service! Last winter I was driving through on I-90 and stopped for the night off the Milan Exit at around 9 p.m. I’d had no dinner, and all the restaurants were closed, but the motel clerk suggested I try this Subway shop. A young man and woman had just closed and were cleaning up when I knocked on their door. Not only did they let me in, they patiently waited for me to make my choices, carefully made up the order from their clean, fresh ingredients, and then ... !!! told me that I qualified for a coupon offer they had going on which reduced by price by a large amount.
Locals should support this shop!
We had the pleasure of having Hope as our Sandwich Artist on Memorial Day. She was kind, professional and very good at her job. While talking with her, we found out it was her first time working alone after only a few days of training. It was busy, with at least three people waiting in line at all times as we ate our subs. She was doing a great job keeping up in this very stressful situation. I’m not sure how she could be expected to work alone, at night, closing, on a holiday weekend, as a young girl. Maybe rethink your training program length & letting a young girl work alone at night? We live in a crazy world, keep this sweet girl safe.
Just tried to buy sandwiches. The Man said I couldn't use the bathroom until I bought something. I was going to get take out and wanted to wash my hands. What am I supposed to do bring the food into the bathroom with me.. been a loyal customer. I'm never going back

This is by far the CLEANEST Subway I have ever been in. Most of them are plenty clean, but this one does sparkle ✨. I am surprised how good it feels eating here.

We visited this Subway on August 20 around 3:00 pm. The person that helped us was named Chase. He wasn’t very nice, every single table in the place was filthy, and the bathroom was disgusting. Even tough everything was a mess, and we were the only customers in the restaurant he sat there on his phone the entire time eating cookies with headphones in. He could work on his customer service and that place could really use some cleaning!

We have ate there twice in the past week...the young lady working both times was exceptionally nice, professional, and simply made us smile. Subway, if you're reading this, promote this young lady...she embodies the spirit of Subway and could easily be "the face of Subway".

The Subway in Milan Ohio has awful service and equally awful food. I have been to this location 2 times since the beginning of 2024. Both times the food was bad.
I went there for convenience, as I live almost across the highway from there.
The first time I went there the one boy working was undertrained. The meatball sub I purchased was made with blackened burned meatballs !! It was inedible!!
My second trip to this Subway location was on May 10. My husband and I were the only customers in the place at 7:10 pm on a Friday night. We ordered 3 subs. The first sub was a steak and cheese sub. There were only 3 loaves of wheat bread available and very loaves few of any other breads. I later found out, when we got home, that the bottoms of the 2 subs we had made with wheat bread, well, the bottoms of the bread were burned !!
The young girl working there also removed all of the bread , top and bottom, threw it in the trash , leaving only the outside crust of the bread top and bottom, and then put the steak in!!! She then toasted the bread and cheese, only to let it sit and get cold on the counter as she was making the other 2 subs!! I had to ask her to please wrap it ,as it was getting cold.
She proceeds to make the other 2 subs. She was very unfriendly and just making our food in a haste.
Then I asked for 3 cinnamon churros.
She rang up the churros at $3 each.....when the menu board clearly said $2 each!! I questioned her on this and she got a bad attitude with me and said " not her problem if they are ringing up $3 each"!!! So she over charged us $9 instead of $6!!
We are senior citizens and we don't often eat out , as we are on a tight budget. So fast food occasionally is a treat. ( When it is good).
I asked the young girl would the manager be in the next day for me to talk with,, and she gave me some snippity answer. I continue to be nice to her , even though she clearly was being rude to me.
My husband said let's just pay and go home.
When we got home we found our sub subs to all be rolled so very tightly in the wrappers, they were made small as they were all squished up inside the wrappers!!!
I could not eat mine, and saved it to return, my husband and son threw most of their sandwiches away. Then my son got the 3 churros that we ordered . That girl never put anything on them!! No cinnamon or sugar!! Just nothing at all. We got plain cooked dough in a bag!! I also have these saved to return for the $9 they cost us!!
I called that evening after finding our food this way. I asked that girl to please give the manager my name and phone number.
The next day I did not hear from the manager, so I called that Subway again. Again I was told they would talk to the manager, and have him call me.
Never heard back from the manager. I have called every day , with no response from management!! How is this handling a good business?!! What ever happened to pleasing the customer?!!
It has been 6 days of waiting to hear back from his manager. I want a refund, at least on the $9 churros , that I was overcharged by $3, and they were not edible!! ( I still have them, uneaten in the wrappers they came in!!)
I can honestly say that this is why I drive to the next town of Norwalk to go to Subway at the Walmart store. The food there is always fresh, hot and good!! And the staff are very nice, friendly people there.
Apparently the manager of the Subway in Milan Ohio, does not care about how his business is operating. He does not care about the quality of the food sold there or giving the proper training to his young employees.
I give this Subway ZERO⭐rating!!!
Perhaps , if the manger at Milan Subway sees this review, he will take the time to return my call.
