We have tried bustnbobba Cafe several times. It has been awful everytime but once. Once they were out of ice cream, no hotdogs, food wasnt being served at 7. The place closes at 8. Today we made 30 minutes for fried we put in the trash. The fries were so greasy that the container had bug puddles of grease. It was gross. I want to enjoy an ice cream shop in town.

Here’s what I see happening, local people trying to give locals a place to grab food in town. It’s not going to be a 5 star steak house, but they aren’t thing to be that. They are trying to provide food, made to order, to locals. See a lot of comments about food taking time. Guess what, it’s going to because it isn’t made in huge quantities because they can’t serve that much to the fewer customers than the big places get. Yeah, you’re food may take 15 minutes, but it’s made when you order it and takes time.We had the whole family there today after baseball games and got everyone meals plus some sides at $60 out the door. Pieces were fair, burgers were slamming actually, and my dad said the coney was great. Plus my wife who is a vegetarian was able to get a grilled cheese!I think what showed me their good character the most was the people just hustling. I mean they came out and put up signs around town advertising their specials. They turned on cartoons for our kids while the food was cooking. And they made sure to label every box of our to go order and provided great service. I just saw people who cared and want to provide for the small town.It’s not McDonald’s or Bk, but it’s local and they are working hard to provide for locals. Support them. They’re probably still working some kinks out and seem to be trying hard. We will be back for sure and I hope others will too.

First time there and will definitly return. The clerk is social and energetic to tell us flavors, etc. We chose a blend of ice cream, fruited syrup & whip cream. YUM!! If the outside menu sign was updated I would vote a 5 star.

Customer service was NOT good. The girl working was rude and seemed annoyed that I couldn’t remember the long list of things they were out of. Will not be back.

Unfortunately we went here for the third time now and are still disappointed. First time it took 30 min to get an ice cream and they weren’t busy. Second time we had to leave because we ended up waiting too long. Today was the final time there were kids going in and out of the place distracting the only girl working. There were about 3 cars of people it seemed like she would just take orders and then wait to make them so she was backed up. We ended up waiting 30 min again for 3 cones - the sizing is poor also for the prices (sorry but it was a bite of ice cream on a cone) I got a cherry dip and I’m entirely unsure what I was eating. The texture and taste was exactly like cherry chapstick. I scraped it off and ate what I could. It’s just disappointing, we are very local and this could certainly do well with a more structured staffing.
I keep trying it hoping I'll have a better experience but it's not changed yet. The food and ice cream are good, it just takes forever to get them. I timed my experience today and with not a single other customer there, it took 18 minutes to get 2 medium shakes, a flurry, and a coney dog. The coney dog and shakes were done well before the sundae and by the time they were given to us at the window the shakes were melted and the dog was barely warm anymore. A woman pulled up 10 min into our wait, ordered and got served a shake and a sundae right away and was on her way well before us. The excuse can't be that it was the coney dog that was delaying our service as that was already done and waiting off to the side of the window.I want to love them and support local, however, after 6 different times I think we will just have to keep going to small ice cream places in other towns.

Got 2 BLT’s2 orders of fried pickles2 drinksLong story short, waited 2 hours, order came out wrong 2 times. Left without food ordered because we waited so long. Wanted to love this place :/

Place wasnt that busy. Myself and 1 other customer. I paid $4.28 for a "32oz" Slushee. Waited 28 min and was served a 12oz bowl of blue liquid. Hardly any ice. So i returned it and expressed my unhappiness and stated that i would honestly rather pay the extra dollar and get a banana split. She rejected what i wanted and said that she would justvadd more ice to my bowl. I then asked for it in a cup so could just drink it. Walked away very dissapointed. All i wanted was a slushee.

Awesome small town diner feel. The food blew me away for the prices and it being a small diner. You have to try the Raspberry Milkshake, best milkshake I have ever had.
