The server was very pleasant and competent. The food was very good, as well as wine. However the AC wasn't working properly due to the extreme heat, so made our dinner less pleasant. There should have been fans if nothing else to keep cooler. I mentioned to the server but she said that it wasn't possible to lower the thermostat

Celebrating r anniversary-no mention from anyone there was made regarding it. It was apparent our server was very new-we only ordered water but after my husbands first glass she took away and never brought back. My husband had to drink my water. After requesting another glass he finally got another one. We ordered appetizers n she didn't even think to bring it to me. My husband n I were unable to eat r apps together. I literally had to inquire where my Brussels sprouts were. Finally after a long time she brought them out- But yet again I had specifically asked for a ramekin of more sauce when I initially ordered. She did not bring it to me and I had to wait a long time for it I was halfway done w/them.Kinda ruined the aviance. (The food did taste great) When We ordered and told her rt off the bat this is what we desire to start with. She obviously did not listen. She never repeated our order She never asked how r dinner was u til we were almost through. I was in the middle of eating and she attempted to clear my plate Then she kept asking g for forgiveness n saying sorry. I was a waitress for 15 yrs- We dine at 20 Brix routinely. This was the worst service I have ever had at 20 Brix in the 15 yrs we have been coming there. It actually is the worst service we have experienced anywhere I can remember. I realize everyone has a learning curve- in my personal opinion she was not trained correctly n needs a lot more training time. Very disappointed. Usually when Clay is there everything runs smoothly. He is off on Mondays. At the end the young female waitress with long hair in braided pigtails- had told the manager of the evening she messed up our order a few times. He was nice enough and offered 10 percent off meal . Appreciate the thoughtfulness but I do value seeing a Manager out on the floor helping waitresses turn tables and interacting w/the guests. It's a special art for sure. Seeing a manager just when something goes array isn't impressive.

We always wanted to visit this restaurant. It was very disappointing. Our server was nice but inaccurate, requiring two adjustments between what we ordered and what was brought out. The food was not very good. The arugula salad arrived with wilted, rotting pieces in it. Our burgers were ordered medium rare and arrived medium well. The fries were cold and hard. Everything was expensive, and so the value is poor. That being said, we sat outside, and the ambiance was very pleasant.

My husband and I received a 75 dollar gift card, unfortunately 😝the pictures online are not the same as current food is offered. 35 dollars is a ridiculous price to pay for one mediocre crab cake. The server was rude when we asked if they offer any bread with meals. Don't know how they are still in business, honestly. But my husband did say the squash soup was delicious. All and all we spent the whole 75 so we didn't have to go back. There were no customers in the place but if u went to online reservations it said they were fully booked. Lots of untruths and online pics do not depict the current menu. Save your money and go to pedrinos , more bang for the buck there.

It was our first time at 20 Brix. The interior was welcoming. I really liked the bar area and the dining room was lovely. Once the weather warms, I will look forward to sitting on the outdoor patio. I ordered the scallops. They were perfectly prepared and the broccolini was outstanding! My husband enjoyed his steak. He said it was one of the best steaks he's had since we moved to Ohio two years ago. The crème brûlée was perfection! Our server, Jerred was very personable and knowledgeable. I look forward to returning to 20 Brix very soon.

The steak was fantastic. When I made the reservation I listed it was our anniversary, but they didn't acknowledge. That was the only disappointment. The food, wine and service was very good.
Visited friends in Milford OH, we dined at this charming eatery and wine bar. We started with a couple of appetizers; lamb meatballs and crispy brussels sprouts, yummy. Dinner was on the light side; a variety of caesar salads; with either anchovies, salmon or shrimp. Added a couple bottles of red wine and some toasted sourdough bread. Delicious dinner with great service. It would’ve been nice to have more entrée options.

Hands down the best restaurant in Milford! The service is top-shelf, just like their cocktails. The food is outstanding. They actually have a sommelier on staff to educate you about wine and help you make a great choice to complement your meal. The wine selection is excellent and there are tons of options. I recommend a “flight” of wine to try a couple and pick your favorite.
I usually eat at the bar but the restaurant has cloth napkins and tablecloths. Reservations are not required but I would recommend to ensure you get a table.

Second time in to 20 Brit we had a nice dinner and a great flight of wines. Server was knowledgeable and fun. We ordered the feta appetizer after 30 minutes I asked if it was close. Final arrived with our meals which was a bit annoying. Very tasty food the lamb meatballs are great. Overall fun night but let’s get the meal served in the correct order
