We got the new girl, 2 days on the job, no help, luckily we went late so there were only a few other people there. We ordered our food, they got my sister's food wrong, finally brought her the actual item she ordered, charged us for the stuff they brought in the first place, which we had to argue to get removed, I ordered the chicken strips dinner...I managed to get a partial one ate. It was severally over cooked to the point of being hard and barely chewable. I understand it was later, but still this had to have been scraping the bottom of the bucket for what was left. My dad's not one to say much, but he only picked at his food and left most of it, which for him says alot, it was also inedible. My step mother had pancakes, I think it of everything, they were the only thing they got right!! Very disappointed, won't be back, even when I visit...

Absolutely insane had to wait 45 minutes for our food my husband food was messed up didn’t come with everything it was supposed to come with sat in a dirty section the whole time we where there all of the tables around us was dirty our waiter kept making excuses

After 7 years went back and it wasn't too bad. They don't do reservations which is kinda a pain (went in with 14 people so the server was kinda over whelmed but did great). The home fries tasted a little bit burnt but other than that is was great.

I went there yesterday morning with my daughter and we ordered the same thing. We got breakfast sandwiches with sausage egg and cheese with hash browns. The biscuit bread for the sandwich was hard and the sausage and egg were burnt. Told waitress and she said it would be fixed when I paid up front, she was nice. I even gave her a good tip. When I paid up front the lady was rude and did nothing at all for me but collect my money and not acknowledge anything I was saying to her. I told her I was not to come back and she stood the like she didn’t acknowledge anything that was spoken to her.

When I pulled in, I was having a sad day. When I walked in, I was greeted by both managers, all the servers and given a hug by the Host. They all talked to me and over the course of my meal, I had the best experience I've ever had at a restaurant. I'll miss you, Milford Bob Evan's. ❤️

So we ordered again and it was kinda terrible. The breakfast sandwich platter was a mess. Sandwiches were passable. The hash browns were so burnt. They must have been on the flat top for hours. It was at best a 1/4 order. Like they were out of hash browns so they scooped the.old ones from the corner of the flat top that were destine for the trash. No gravy and no fruit. The pancakes were cold and made of rubber. No syrup or butter. For 45.00 dollars I expect a lot more. I have been told by several dashers that Bob evans restaurants hate doordash. So STOP waisting our money and dont doordash. We were so disappointed.

Would give zero if I could. Went here with my friend this morning for breakfast at 9 am. Seated towards left back of restaurant. Waited 25 minutes and waitress waited on everyone else except us. Did not even ask if we needed drinks. Last straw was when another waitress waited on a couple right after they were seated. Horrible horrible service. Will never ever go to this location again!!!!!!

When I walked in to the milford ,ohio location i was told right away that the kitchen was backed up and that it was going to be about a 29 min wait...( I was ok with that) a few others followed behind us, then about 15 min later someone came in and was seated right away. One of the other customers said something about all of us waiting, the server stated I was wondering why you where all sitting there...about 5 min later we where seated. We waited about another 20 min no one acknowledged us, came for drink order...nothing , we just got up and left...there where probley only 10 other tables sat in the whole restaurant....it would be a whole different story is someone would have acknowledged us after being seated
