We were told when we arrived that there was only one cook that showed up to work tonight and that they had a limited dining room because of the situation. I will tell you, we would have had no idea! Our waitress, Jess, didn’t miss a beat with our large group and our food came out without much delay and everything was perfect! The group working tonight really worked together to make up for any issues. Kudos to the crew and the one cook that worked tonight! We appreciate you!
We went there this evening for an early dinner. My wings came out barely warm and rather cool in come spots. My husband’s wings were warm and so were the potato wedges. My guess is that my food was sitting there for a while. We saw our server maybe 3 times and had to search to get a refill of drinks. All of the servers seemed to be in the kitchen and more concerned with conversing with each other. Our server was very attentive to the two other tables that had 4-5 people but...
I always enjoy coming to this Buffalo Wild Wings, and a big reason for that is Audrey. She’s one of the best servers I’ve had anywhere—super friendly, attentive, and just brings a great vibe to the experience. It’s not just about the food (which is great), it’s about how you’re treated, and Audrey makes sure you leave happy. Honestly, she’s one of the reasons I keep coming back. Highly recommend asking for her if you visit!
