Great food, terrible customer service. I placed an online order for wings on super bowl Sunday. Specifically placed to pick up inside. Order was accepted and I paid in advance. When I arrived at the restaurant, I went inside to pick up my order, noticing the VERY long line for the drive through. I parked and went inside and was turned away, saying I would need to go through the drive through. I explained my order was for un store pick up and they repeated that i would need to go through the drive through. There were 2 people standing at the hostess stand who just smirked at me and refused to even try to help. Why accept orders for in- store pick up if you are just going to refuse to deliver on your commitment? Long story short I had to wait over 20 min in line and missed kick off. The hosts who refused to help me never even offered an apology or explanation. They just completely blew me off. They weren't busy and could have helped easily - they simply didn't want to.

Korean chicken sand taste sweet and like soy sauce. Only dpice was the jalpeano on top.
Onion rings good. Wedges ok. Ghost pepper burger not even mildly hot. Pickle chips no ty borning and salty.

We placed an order for 5 meals online. First option to choose from: drive thru or pick up. We chose pick up. We arrived there 5 min before the pick up time. We got in as the email clearly specified and they told us we needed to go through the drive thru (then why you have those instructions!). We had to wait about 5 more minutes (not a big deal). We got our order and half the wings of one of the meals were missing and a basket of fries too. So we had to drive back. The guy at the drive thru window was very nice and they fixed that meal (got a new one recently made), got 4 cards for 5 wings off next time, while the other 4 meals were cold by the time that we drove back home. Really underwhelmed with the quality and honestly I will not use the cards for 5 free wings. I would have preferred a hot meal. I guess we will go back to Buffalo Wild Wings.

We did trivia this past Wednesday and it was so fun! Mandy was great, the smoked wings were amazing, and trivia was a blast!
We were sat without a menu, didn’t get service for 15 minutes. We got up to leave and spoke with a manager. She acknowledged that she saw us sat without a menu and didn’t come check. We sought the restaurant out as we are new to being back in the area. The restaurant was half full and servers were just standing around. I’m sure there are plenty better places to get chicken and a beer. Wouldn’t suggest coming here if service is what you’re looking for.
It was overall a good experience. The wings and sauce was amazing the garlic Parmesan aioli fries are one of my favorites but they was really greedy with the sauce and cheese on them. Our server was awesome she did a great job. The price was a little expensive but great wings.

Food was great when it finally came out with over an hour of waiting, took 20 min just for them to figure out who our server was to finally get drinks, asked to get fries or whatever came up 1st to keep my baby from loosing it and she brought her celery for someone who only has 2 teeth.
