Went through the drive through and decided to eat in the parking lot. Somehow ALL my food was cold after JUST picking it up! Jalapeño poppers completely cold and tasted like they had been sitting there for an hour. Double Whopper and fish sandwich also were cold! This location obviously has NO standards and very poor training. Moreover they are S L O W. They cannot accommodate more than ONE drive thru at a time. You have to WAIT at the ordering place until the car in front of you.has gotten their order! Going inside to order is no better (different visit). Took FIFTEEN minutes to get our order inside with no one in front of us!!

Yeah, its a fast good chain. Its not on the Conde Nast list.. buy this spot.. is always hot, fast and never a mistake. Frozen coke and a hot cookie? Breakfast? Sloppy Whoppy? They all are made to order and served with a level of friendly that you would expect if you were at a mom 'n pop shop.

Came here two years ago it took an extremely long time. They said they’re short staffed ok cool no worries at all. Two years later I’ve been in the drive through 3 cars back from the speaker to be able to even order for now 15 minutes. Literally haven’t moved. What’s going on??? Get it together.
