Absolutely horrific. It’s Thursday and I got stuck in the drive through line for half an hour before I could escape. If you don’t have the staffing then close the store. Ridiculous. The manager was inside interviewing someone. Instead of helping. How about you help out first. Avoid this BK like the plague.

I noticed a funny feeling when I was eating my chicken sandwich and when I got home, I realized it was raw. So now we wait for the food poisoning, but I want to make people aware and check their food before they dig in.

You will wait forever for your order. At night they lock the lobby and make you wait in line at the drive thru for your to go orders. This causes a giant line to form around the building that gives them even more work to do. They could just put a sign on the door saying drive thru only, lobby to pick up to go orders, but that would make sense. Instead let's create a line of 10 or more cars. I mean, imagine waiting 15 minutes for this over priced slop that is cold when you get it. "Well no one wants to work!" FOR MINIMUM WAGE. Anyway this place is awful. If you plan to eat here, make sure you have time to spare. Especially at night. Oh my God. And funny enough it's faster and costs the same to eat a burger at Roosters or Texas Roadhouse.

One of the worst fast food restaurants I can remember!! I apparently received the wrong order as the croissant was sausage and not bacon and only 1 and not 2 I ordered the 5 piece French toast and the special croissanwich (2) with bacon and I got only 1 croissanwich and it was sausage. When I spoke with the store, the woman insisted she could not provide any credit for the online app and then when I started to ask to speak with a manager she hung up on me. I tried to call back immediately and they decided NOT to answer the phone. STAY AWAY
