Just went inside at this location at 1:30 on a Saturday. They are busy and I know it and I am as patient as can be. I have worked in restaurants for 20 years. I am part owner of a restaurant. I wait about 5 mins to find a parking spot. Wait 15 minutes in line. The employee said “next” I walk up, she walks away. I watched everyone in line behind me get to place their order before me while I wait for the employee that walked away. I waited for another 5 minutes. I tried talking to 3 employees, all employees ignored me. I just wasted 30 minutes of my life and I didn’t order any food. I just walked out. I was about to feed my whole family but I think someone else deserves my hard earned money, not this location.

I had heard that they changed the recipe for the batter for chicken. Today, I tasted the difference. Oh chick- fil- a, what did you do?? Please please start using the original batter!! I'm not liking it so much anymore.

Unfortunately I come to this location often for lunch down the street from where I work and I don’t want to do this but it’s the second time. My Dr Pepper tastes like absolute GARBAGE way more carbonated soda than syrup I hate whatever system they have working the soda but it doesn’t work.

Best service and fast food anywhere. Miguel at the drive thru was wonderful to us. We ordered and then realized we forgot my card at home and could not pay. I had enough emergency cash to pay for part of the food but canceled my salad. Miguel took the payment and them told me I would still get my salad. God bless him!
