“Well I usually avoid this kfc. But I was over ruled by a vote. I must say wow it was actually good. The chicken was fresh the sides were fresh. May have been a fluke I hope not. This was our favorite kfc for the longest time. I wish I could remember the old managers name but she was there a long time. Even my picky child said the food was good. Hope this is the start of a new up swing.“

“Haven’t had the chance to try their food yet, but have come in multiple times to pick up door dash orders for customers, and these employees are awesome! Specifically the younger men working during the evening lately. Just so friendly and sweet, and have the best attitude. Were so kind and even asked if I needed help carrying the order! Lately, my local chick fil an unfortunately has started going down hill, so I’m looking forward to trying city bird and making it my new favorite chick spot! ?I definitely will be back for you! ?“

“Tender towne is great, they give you plenty of food! It is a little pricey but you get a lot more than you do for the same price at other fast food places. Delicious! Lovethr southern red wrap and steak fries and their double down towne combo comes with a lot!“

“Chick-fil-A off Mason Montgomery has unmatched service. I have went to get curbside pick up there twice and the absolute sweetest old man has served me both times! He always makes sure my food is all correct before just leaving & both times he’s noticed i was EXTREMELY pregnant. He was so happy for me and asked me if he could add me to his prayers both times, asking the babies name & my due date… it was the most heart touching thing i’ve ever experienced from a complete stranger especially one whose only job is to bring me food. i look forward to seeing him next time i go. SOMEBODY GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE. He’s out here doing the Lord’s work. HIS NAME WAS STANLEY!“

“This place is always an amazing experience. The food is always fresh and cooked to order and comes out very fast. This is the only place I will get grilled tenders because they're so good. The service is always great and the staff is enthusiastic. If you haven't gone here yet, you're wasting your money!“

were looking like they were doing very good. Busy store, and a training store apparently. They seem to be getting it right. Don't overlook them, well worth the stop. Fingers finest.“

“My children and I love going to this Chick-fil-A. They are beyond accommodating; especially with my Son's food allergies. They will give grilled chicken nuggets to my Son who has food allergies so that he too can enjoy and I don't have to make multiple food stops. This is beyond appreciated. Highly recommend to all!!“

“This is my 3rd horrible experience at this location. Anyone who's been to this location, knows once you're in line, you can't get out. I waited 30 minutes! they are always slow as molasses. get to the window to order and the girl tells me their out of chicken nuggets, that they're all frozen. I said well can't you put them un the friar and make them??? "ummm noooo sorry. But we have everything else." So I ordered tenders(which weren't crispy and cooked fully, like they should be.) and tell her I need alot of ranch, ketchup and buffalo. I finally go to get my food and 2 packets of buffalo, 3 ranches and 2 ketchup for 2 chicken tender meals with fries. This place is a joke, and this time I'm requesting my money back. 30 minutes I wasted in line, to not even get what I wanted and told them. I'm officially done with chick fil a.“

“Roland R. gave exceptional service. He was extremely positive and dealt with our complicated order with ease. We had a pleasure of having Roland take our order at the Oakley location in Cinci. It was freezing cold out and he was in such high spirits.“

“Tonight 12/19 I came in for dinner with the family. Naturally the dining room was already busy for service so we grabbed a table and ordered. Upon getting our food we discovered my part of the order had several things wrong. The drink, the sandwich, missing the kids ice cream, etc. I don’t write this to complain but to complement the staff and Destiny in particular who helped with a smile every time I came up with a new issue. Good reviews when things go wrong are far and few between, even when the issue was fixed. Thank you Destiny and thank you Chick-fil-a.“
