This Milford location has consistently improved when I've visited around 11:30am-2pm and ordered in person. Generous portions, prompt restock of ingredients, and quickly moving customers through the line.

Make sure you have time to wait because service is not the quickest. Food is good once you finally get it. Seems they cater to on-line orders more than the people that come in and order.

This place is consistently short staffed. I don’t know how management thinks it’s acceptable to let this place limp along during peak dining hours. We have been here multiple times around 630pm and every time, the bins are low and the team is just trying to keep their head above water. Hot food was cold and the cold stuff was lukewarm so it wasn’t a very pleasant dining experience let alone a food safety issue. Not to mention that no one is cleaning tables so you are sitting in someone else’s mess. Would hate for a health inspector to come in unannounced. I will add that this seems to be systemic across all locations. Chipotle corporate needs to figure something out bc this is unacceptable

Yes, Chipotle is tasty but however they are always low in supplies depending on the day and can be dirty in some aspects.
Every time I go to this chipotle, I asked for half chicken half steak and they wanna give me 1/3 of a scoop versus just giving me my whole scoop. They force you into buying devil I feel like this is straight robbery at this point I hope they get it fixed because when someone works a long day at work, they wanna come and eat and enjoy food the right way.

This has to be the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Also not sure how the white rice was so wet but 😂🤷🏼♂️ kids working here are nice and all that but the bathroom didn’t have any toilet paper and the bathroom itself looks like a truck stop, the floors in the dining area are disgusting, not a single table is clean, every bottle of hot sauce is without a lid… wet white rice aside, at least my burrito bowl is delicious. Just wish I wasn’t eating it in the hotel Jessie Pinkman was hiding in.
