Around 5:45 p.m., my boyfriend and I came in to pick up dinner. While being served, we noticed that the portions of steak and guacamole were smaller than expected. We understand that the location may have been running low on prepped ingredients at the time; however, restocking as needed would help remain consistent portion sizes for customers.

I ordered online from here and they filled my bowl half way up and crushed it! the other bowl in this order was filled up normally.

I have been to this location many times and am usually quite satisfied with my experience. The workers are quick and amenable to requests.
I don't know what happened with the writers of some of these reviews, but this is a good place from what I know. The main problem is that rising costs mean it's more expensive. However, you get a large amount of food for your money (at least with the bricklike burritos).

Usually not disappointed with this place, unfortunately the rice being uncooked ruined the whole entire dinner. It was like eating sand and small rocks. It was a waste of money.

Received uncooked rice, customer service is a joke. Don’t expect them to help you at all. A few bites in and already having stomach issues.

Was disappointed. Was told a particular dish wasn't spicy and it was. Prices have increased substantiallt over the last year. The guacamole and chips are great. Unlimited self-serve drinks.

Not sure if they are having a staffing issue? There were 6 employees visible to me but literally 1 was serving customers. Multiple were leaning on the back counter. Like most Chipotle locations consistency is an issue. Burritos and bowls are good.

This Milford location has consistently improved when I've visited around 11:30am-2pm and ordered in person. Generous portions, prompt restock of ingredients, and quickly moving customers through the line.
