We had a large order but they didn't get upset with us. We showed that we tried to do our order online, it just wasn't working. They didn't mind at all to take our large order. Smiles all they way. The place was clean too. They take pride in their establishment.

The employees are very nice but they serve you like they're rationing. Also they don't know how to serve certain items that need to be strained from the spoon. No one wants a wet burrito ya know. I cheat on this chipotle with other chipotles - this is my side chipotle - for a reason. I still go here bc it's efficient enough and the atmosphere ain't bad. If Springdale's chipotle weren't so good then I might have a more positive view of this one. The...

Horribly understaffed. My dude was in there doing 3 jobs. Fix it or lose my business.
No franchise should have this level of greed. And if you have to work someone this way because people called off there should be extra & adequate compensation.
