My girlfriend and I came to town for a wedding and we decided to go on the distillery tour. This was my very first tour of any distillery, and Dave was an awesome guide. We had fun, we learned a lot, and most importantly we got to taste some amazing spirits. Thanks again Dave!

This is such a cool place! Love the ambiance and can’t wait for spring to check out the rooftop. We didn’t experience any service issues as some others have stated. We’ll be back!

Excellent food. Chicken wrap was NOT a standard wrap. Very refined taste. Fries were perfect! Slow delivery but worth it. Personnel were excellent.

We had a noon reservation on a Sunday for a group of 9. When the restaurant opened, they set up a large table for us. The restaurant was empty at this time. It took at least 20 minutes for someone to bring us water and ask for our drink orders. By 12:55 half of us had a drink. I ordered a beer, which still had not arrived. By this time there were two ladies that were seated next to us, and a couple at the bar. No one approached the two ladies and they left after about 15 minutes. They were clearly understaffed. We left and paid for just the drinks that arrived without ordering food. We went to the restaurant across the street to eat.

It seemed to be under staffed. We walked in and no one was at the reception, waited about 5 mins. We were seated in an almost empty restaurant. We ordered the charcuterie meat and cheese board which says on menu “various meats and cheeses with house pickles and preserves “. We got 3 slices each of spicy salami and bologna (basically) and three styles of cheese. No pickles no preserves. No bread or crackers. Deviled eggs were good as well as side of bacon we got. Drinks were good as well which is why I rated this as high as I did. Server even acknowledged the issues throughout our visit and apologized. Don't know if I will return for food again

This is a great spot - delicious food; large with lots of seating; bright large windows; spirit shop; museum. My only complaint is very slow service. Only 2 servers on a saturday lunch, and one also served as the bartender.

We went for lunch on a Friday afternoon and there were very few diners. Now we know why! The food was mediocre and skimpy as well as missing components (proteins) of the lunch salads. The bills were incorrect and the service was lousy. The selection of Bourbon in the gift shop was plentiful and we enjoyed the art gallery and small museum.

We had a 15min delay in arriving and I notified the restaurant. They were able to work around our late arrival and had a table ready for us. It was a very busy Sat nite. No issues w/ the bar service or waitress. We got to speak to the mgr and she greeted us when we arrived. We have been to this establishment many times since they opened as they have an awesome rooftop with bands/food. We would definitely go back again in spring/summer/fall to hangout at the rooftop bar with bands.

Such a pleasant evening. Food was delicious and service fast but not rushed. Only thing I would change would be a few entrees more that weren't beef. So nice to sit by the windows.

I don't review a place unless I feel strongly one way or another. I've been to Cincinnati Distilling twice for dinner now. I chalked the first time off, as just a bad day, but this second time was actually even worse. Service is SLOOOOOOW. Took two hours to get a sandwich and two drinks. Staff is not attentive or engaged. I ordered the wagyu beef sandwich, and the beef was noticeably a bad cut. VERY fatty. The bun was too wimpy to adequately hold the meet. Server was absent for most of the night. Took at least 15 minutes just to get our drink order taken, several more for the drinks to arrive to the table. I cannot recommend this place for a meal. Wanted to love it, and I truly tried, but I won't be back for anything more than a drink and an appetizer, and I'll only do that if one of my friends is dying to go. It's a shame. Beautiful space, poorly managed.

Excellent food. Bourbon, charcuterie board - merely okay. The cannoli filling tasted alright, but the shell was too soft ... weird at best. (We're told that desserts are made off-premises, so maybe they need to work on that.) Server Becky was top notch. First trip and we'll definitely return. Parking is really hit-or-miss. This has nothing to do with the restaurant; it is a Milford problem, and getting worse. Somebody in Milford governance needs to get their head out of their butt before they screw up a good thing.

I wished they had vegetarian option on the menu. They use to serve mushroom risotto and baked cauliflower. Both the dishes were amazing and now it's discontinued. Other than salad and fries no vegetarian entree on the menu.

Appetiser and cocktails served reasonably quickly and tasted good.We were told kitchen was backed up, but said we weren’t in a hurry. After waiting an hour for our main courses, we regretted saying that. I had lamb shank, husband had schnitzel. It was so ordinary. I’ve eaten at plenty of other restaurants with food at the same price point and many have served much better meals. Dessert was just awful, bought in from a local bakery apparently.I’d go back for drinks and appetizers at the bar, but nothing else. Sadly this meal was on my birthday. Not a very happy birthday to me.
