I used to enjoy this restaurant but the quality has gone way down. They used to make burgers and now they are square and flavorless. They changed the french fries and the ones they have now are gross. Restaurants are going down in quality and its a shame. We will not be back. If wanted a jtm square burger I’d go to Wendy’s.

I’ve been to this restaurant numerous times bc we typically love the food. However, after our experience last night we won’t be back. We got to the restaurant at 5:55 and got a table within 10 min. We left the restaurant at 7:25 and still hadn’t received our food. We waited an hour and a half for two meals. They did bring out a very small side of fries that went with our fish dinner…no fish though. They also brought out a pasta that we ordered (we order it every time we go there), but this time it was horrendous and the portion size was so much smaller than we ever get. We were told multiple times that the kitchen was understaffed by our server. Not once did a manager come to our table. The person who did bring some of our food out was apologetic… but an hour and a half for two meals is ridiculous! Meanwhile no one in the restaurant was getting food. Table after table around us sat waiting as well. We finally ended up leaving the restaurant without ever getting our food. There was a day that I would’ve picked this as a favorite place…but that day is gone. I certainly understand that things can come up to cause problems at a place of business….but seriously the ownership needs to do better!

So not sure if we got new or ditzy server , wasn't super crowded, food took approximately 45 min had steak medium, chop steak, and meatloaf. Food was good. Ordered to go desert then had to ask for bill. Been a while since we were there. Would go back. 2 adults 2 kids

So good! The staff were all so attentive and friendly, Anthony the food was amazing! Everything anyone in my group ordered tasted great, and the portions are very generous! Definitely want to come back!!

My wife and I ate at Copper Blue tonight (Friday Nov 14th). She had the hot honey shrimp over rice and I had a half rack of ribs with the hand-cut fries. Both dishes were amazing! Our server was Natilee and she was amazing as well. She checked on us multiple times, brought refills before the glasses were empty, and was very personable. They have a pretty extensive menu with something for just about anyone. This will definitely be one of our go-to's.
Great food, Great service, polite employees and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend to eat there!

Other than the AC being on the fritz, it was incredible! Service was on point and the waitress was funny and witty. The food was incredible as well, their burger deal is great.

Tasty. Only thing is the burger seemed to be chopped up to put in my wrap. It just fell out every time I picked up the wrap, took a bite, or put it down. Had a pile of burger pieces on my plate after I was done. The burger I got last time and put in my own wrap was whole. No trouble that time.
