The bartenders and staff are perfectly cast to ensure all enjoy their time inside Covalt Station. Be sure to checkout the deck overlooking the creek below!

Just went there today for lunch with my Mom. It was our 2nd visit. Michelle, the bartender/server took great care of us. My Mom got her favorite. A Brat with caramelized onions and stone mustard. We shared the regular house fries (delicious) and I got 12 wings. I am a wing affectionato. I will order them whenever I can in any state or city to give em a try! These were without question some of the top best wings I’ve ever had. Great Buffalo sauce, not too heavy with a gentle smoke. These had JUST come out of the smoker and practically fell off the bone. It’s not a “hit you in the face” smoke. Just the right amount of exposure to enhance but not overbearing. I realize this is a little fancy speak when discussing a chicken wing but if you know, you know. Chef Sam at Covalt Station keeps a simple and creative menu of items done right! I’ll be back on Saturday.

The food was ok, the service was non existent. After our order was taken I had to walk to the bar for refills and to go get and pay our bill because we never saw our server after that. They also weren't busy we were 1 of 2 tables sat other than the full bar. The only reason we came here was because it was nearby and listed as a restaurant. THIS IS NOT A RESTAURANT. This is a bar that serves edible food. The burger tasted like it was boiled with little to no season then thrown on a grill briefly. We arrived at 3:30 pm on a Saturday and as I said the place was empty other than the bar. They had the music so loud I couldn't have a conversation across the table.

Had a hamburger patty, fries, soup and 2 beers. $45.00 Tasted like a white castle sandwich. Nothing great about the fries or soup.Bar tender was too flirty with my husband and very loud she made me uncomfortable and I felt disrespected. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. We have no plans to return. Owners should talk to their employees about flirting with customers especially when the spouse is sitting there. I get it they are working for tips but we all know the wife has final say on where to eat. We won't be returning.

love this place,however, if you go after dinner they have six servers behind the bar drunk. It can take 20 mins to get served bc they are busy talking and drinking. i would hire 2 great bartenders to take care of business instead of 6 idiots
