Could not ask for a better neighborhood spot than Covalt. Great food, atmosphere and drinks. You can tell the amount of care and craft that went into every piece of the place, food and drinks. The bartenders and staff are perfectly cast to ensure all enjoy their time inside Covalt Station. Be sure to checkout the deck overlooking the creek below!
Just went there today for lunch with my Mom. It was our 2nd visit. Michelle, the bartender/server took great care of us. My Mom got her favorite. A Brat with caramelized onions and stone mustard. We shared the regular house fries (delicious) and I got 12 wings. I am a wing affectionato. I will order them whenever I can in any state or city to give em a try! love this place,however, if you go after dinner they have six servers behind the bar drunk. It can take 20 mins to get served bc they are busy talking and drinking. i would hire 2 great bartenders to take care of business instead of 6 idiots
