I called this location to help coordinate a gender reveal ice cream cake. They were very willing, it was super easy, and they went above and beyond - it was a beautiful cake! Plus it only took a couple days. Next time I get the chance, I'll definitely be ordering again!

I ordered an oreo snowdrift blizzard and he made it incorrectly. He took the blizzard back and all he did was add marshmallow and mix it up again. It didn't have the right ice cream, it made the oreo pieces crumbs by that point and basically turned it into a shake...

We have been ordering cakes from DQ for the past decade. They do such a nice job at making sure the customers are happy with the product. Most recently Ashley created a fabulous cake for our Hamilton fan. It looked great and it was delicious. Ashley is an asset to the Milford DQ. pathetic. I escalated to corporate. How do they not know that a basic sundae is when trying to give you a pup cup size of only vanilla ice cream?? However the girl who thinks she is smarter and repeating herself over a basic order??? Really??? I’ll be talking to the manager tomorrow. Oh. And my credit card is protected!!
The blizzard had nothing in it after $8.00!! Threw that in the garbage!! Disgusting when they hand you a spoon (not in plastic) and their fingers all over it.
Calling corporate again tomorrow

Fast and friendly service. May be the best blizzard I've ever had. Stop in and see Cheyenne and Elizabeth. These girls need to be regional trainers for DQ! Toppings mixed all they way through, not just on the top half.

Cheyenne and Elizabeth make a great team. This was the best mixed blizzard I've had in a long time! Chocolate chips and peppermint pieces up to the last bite! I highly recommend this location!!
