Worst customer experience at a Dunkin I have ever had.

I went in order coffee and explained how I would like to coffee and wanted to pay for the coffee just the way I ordered it, and the owner supposedly informed me that the coffee should be made this way because that’s how he would like to make it more or less. And so I I said no I’d like it the way I wanna make it and then he insisted on making a scene and hollering and arguing and all kinds of things like that. It was great. What a great place.

Never again. Coffee was horrible. They always nasty acting & rude like sir you want my money right?? Sandwich was dry. I had to force my self to eat my wasted money they never put sugar in my drink although I pacifically always say sugar and cream, the drinks are always nasty. I’m at the point where I just won’t come back here. I’d rather take a Starbucks drive or go to another location but this location pacifically sucks and their donuts are always dry. Sits out all day let’s just say Meijer store donuts are a lot better and fresh.

I visited this location and went through the drive through. I began to order and was asked “I need you to speak up” I then spoke louder and ordered 3 items then was asked “Is that it?” Which I applied one sec wife asked for a drink which I then ordered. This is where it went south.
The guy/manager/owner whoever he is replying “I’ve asked you to speak up twice already.” So I yelled louder the drink order. The man then stated “Why didn’t you do that the first time I asked you to speak up.” He spoke with an attitude and a degrading attitude towards me this entire time.
I don’t take rude people to kindly nor allow it. What did he want me to say at this point? I asked him what the problem was then he starts to try an argue stating “I told you to speak up.” Mind you after the first time he asked I was almost yelling then asked again I was yelling.
The man then stated “I’m not serving you get out of my drive through.” I pulled up to the window and the little man was just repeating himself “I told you to speak up get out of the drive through.” I told him that I had to yell for him to hear me and that he was being rude. The guy was extremely rude and I’ll never got to Dunkin’ Donuts ever again.
You don’t treat people like that and reading some of the other reviews I’m not the only one he has treated this way.
Avoid Dunkin’s donuts if you can they are not what they use to be.

I’ve been going to this Dunkin for a while now and over the last year they’ve tanked so hard. I never leave reviews, but the last few times I’ve been the service has been borderline offensive, and definitely not something a manager should be passing off as acceptable. Rude remarks, heightened voices, cold food, pretty much acts like everyone that goes in is a waste of their time. I’d avoid this location if you like smooth mornings, or idk prefer being treated like a human. Beware, I’m not even a Karen I’m just tired of being treated like I’m an idiot for very simple asks. So sorry you forgot to put the cold foam on, but please don’t shove my receipt in my face to show me how it’s not on there, just for me to point at the .70 cent charge. Read before you get mad at the customer. <3

I ordered ahead through the mobile app - got a Large Caramel Iced Coffee with cream and liquid sugar.
My first time at this location before work and it tasted awful and bitter like there wasn't the proportionate amount of caramel or something. It tasted off and very bitter and I barely drank any.

Do not go looking for the munchkin buckets false advertisement.
They can't make a consistent coffee to save their lives. That along with having some of the rudest drive-thru staff...you're better off saving your money for another Dunks.
