This is the best Duncan I’ve ever been to. I DoorDash my coffee to me and on the DoorDash it doesn’t give you the option for a cold foam and they know my name by heart and my drink. They always add cold foam for free. Their amazing at this location ❤️

The girl with the wrap on her head should not be cussing at the girl that is picking up the doordash order. The dasher was just trying to put part of the order in her car because she didn't have enough hands and didn't want to drop the drink the other girl was having made. Said she didn't know what the drink was but had the sticker so clearly she was just being mean to that dasher on purpose! 1 star because non of the bosses did anything to the employee who was cussing at customers\\dashers! That girl should not be employed treating people like that. Or put her in the back not to talk or see customers. Cleaning the toilet! Where she can't treat paying customers bad!

I’ve given this Dunkin’ more than enough chances, and it’s consistently disappointing. About a year ago, I stopped going after multiple visits where I witnessed how poorly the women employees were treated by management and how rude the staff were to customers. It was uncomfortable to stand there with my daughter and see women being talked down to and disrespected.
After nearly a year away, I reluctantly gave them another try this morning because my daughter and her friend wanted Dunkin’. Big mistake. The doors were locked before 8 a.m., so I had to use the drive-thru. They were out of basic donuts like glazed, said others were discontinued, and even upcharged for items listed as “classic” on their own menu. When I finally got home, the donuts were clearly stale—hard, dry, and tasting days old.
Between the way they treat their employees, the rude service, and the low-quality products, I’m done. I will never spend another penny at this Dunkin’.
