Absolutely ridiculous! 20 min wait to be told they don't have cheese curds by the manager! He knew when I showed up but waited to tell me anyway with my 7 yo waiting with me!

After getting our order we sat down, a customer waited at the counter for 15 min while staff appeared to have disappeared. In the drink area was dried ketchup and other substances dried. A bucket of dirty water and a filthy rag laying one one of the tables and none of the tables had been cleaned. Dirtiest restaurant ever.

Work ethics : since the Gm wants to talk about that. Firing a young man through text at 10 pm shows the type GM you are . Work ethics : your employees offering my son a minor drugs while on shift but being that my son has morals (maybe due to his autism) he was smart enough to turn them down. You stated you tried retraining him ? Cutting hrs down to two hr shifts and hardly putting him on the schedule is retraining ! People like you are not whom I want my son associated with . You have bad rappapor to have been so cruel to do this to a young man who has a 4.86 goa heading off to college for forensics . I will never recommend your establishment and I will make sure people are aware of the type of place you run

Ordered through drive through, asked for extra Freddy's sauce and were told "got it". When we checked the bag we didn't have any sauce so we went back in and were told they were completely out. I get items run low but how hard would it have been to tell us when we asked for extra or when they handed us the bag? Food was pretty bland without the sauce and not worth spending our money on, but dishonesty leaves a nasty after taste. Sad thing is, I know we're just 1 customer so they couldn't have cared less.

They have a lady that looks like she's on drugs handling money and food at the same time. When she made my drink her fingers were touching the inside of the lid. I know she didn't wash her hands after taking my money, had to pour my drink out after i left
