Work ethics : your employees offering my son a minor drugs while on shift but being that my son has morals (maybe due to his autism) he was smart enough to turn them down. You stated you tried retraining him ? Cutting hrs down to two hr shifts and hardly putting him on the schedule is retraining ! People like you are not whom I want my son associated with . You have bad rappapor to have been so cruel to do this to a young man who has a 4.86 goa heading off to college for forensics . I will never recommend your establishment and I will make sure people are aware of the type of place you run

Ordered through drive through, asked for extra Freddy's sauce and were told "got it". When we checked the bag we didn't have any sauce so we went back in and were told they were completely out. I get items run low but how hard would it have been to tell us when we asked for extra or when they handed us the bag? Food was pretty bland without the sauce and not worth spending our money on, but dishonesty leaves a nasty after taste. Sad thing is, I know we're just 1 customer so they couldn't have cared less.

We haven’t been here before. It was a very good experience! The burgers and onion rings were very big! The food tasted great and was very affordable! The custard was amazing! Thank you!

They have a lady that looks like she's on drugs handling money and food at the same time. When she made my drink her fingers were touching the inside of the lid. I know she didn't wash her hands after taking my money, had to pour my drink out after i left

They do a pretty good job here. Employees are always kind.

Parking: Plenty of parking. 🅿️

Kid-friendliness: Perfectly acceptable to bring kids here. They have serve yourself fountain drinks- just an FYI to parents.

Food is really good. Service was great. Definitely go again.

Parking: Plenty of parking available. I wouldn't think you would have a problem finding a spot.

Freddy's is a clean, family-friendly spot to grab a bite. The customer service is exceptional, standing out from typical fast food experiences. This location gets a 10/10 for service. You can enjoy the onion rings and fries without feeling sluggish afterwards. Highly recommended place to eat!

Until today, I would’ve always raided this place a 10 out of 10. Someone who was clearly new and not trained properly was put on drive-through, not polite at all. At one point while I was ordering, she started talking to the person at the window and never turned off her speaker or anything. Ask for Freddy sauce and fries seasoning three times, and still only ended up getting the Freddy sauce handed to me. My drink was handed to me without the lid even on, so I’m currently driving home soaking wet…

Just got two Freddy burgers at drive through. Normally great burgers but they were so salty we could not eat them.

Went except orders inside from setting orders from the drive-through wouldn’t give people food on time and they always look at everybody different. Didn’t see any workers checking on anybody that the floor was wet from the rain. No wet floor signs out very very poor experience workers worried about going to dispensary more than their job.

I got to Freddy’s at least 1 time maybe 2 times a week. I LOVE this place. However. Talking about DIRTY. The floor is greasy, the trash cans are disgusting, the men’s RR the outside of the door has been black for like idk 1-2 years. The tables are all greasy. They didn’t have any rugs down. No ketchup out. I could go on and on. The food was good. However the portion size of the large fry varies. Sometimes it’s less sometimes it’s more.

They have a straw trash cans by the straws. I should have took a photo. That thing was over flowing and wrappers EVERYWHERE. Uhh. Freddy’s I love you I really do. But come on. 🙂
