I waited over 20 mins just for ONE big boy. I had to have the manager refund it. Didnt even say sorry for the wait or nothing. Total disrespect to customers. I hope nobody goes to this frishs again. Everyone needs to be fired. If I could give a 0 star I would 1000 times over.

If I could give them a 0 I would. I went through the drive-thru this morning on my way to work and purchased a Big Boy combo sandwich, and the woman working let me know "We don't call it that anymore it is too confusing " I got to work and bit into the sandwich and thought it rated funny. I took another bite and ended up throwing the rest of it away. About an hour later I got sick and have been sick all day. I won't be returning.

Came through drive thru and got a big boy and onions rings. Someone needs to give that cook a pat on the back, the food was hot and tasty. I was also happy that it came out so quick! Great job guys

Early afternoon on a weekday and not crowded. The food was very good. My complaint is with the waitress who was also a manager. She was confused, forgetting so many things. She was rude and not friendly at all to us. She was berating an employee behind the counter and was very cruel. I wish I had gotten her name. She has dark hair and a little older. The service from her was terrible and she shouldn’t be in that position. Obviously she doesn’t like her job and passes it on to employees and customers.
