We came here for our 6th day in Cincinnati Burger Week. We tried the regular cheeseburger (fries and drink), and the chili burger (fries and drink). We enjoyed our meal - nothing spectacular, but nicely sized and prepared. A great deal for the week, and our server was great!

I ordered two cheese coneys no onion no mustard the lady starts making it I look at her she's pulling a long black hair out the coneys and continues to start making them till I said something which is disgusting š¤¢ I ordered chili cheese fries with onions and a 3way get it home to feed my family the chili taste like Hormel chili not at all like gold Star š very disappointed and now we're headed out to get something different..

Dirty tables and no service. No one said hello or I'll be right with you. I just sat there being ignored ... well, till it became ridiculous and I left. I didn't get a chance to review the food. Everything else was well noted.

It's always good service and food but the hours are so inconsistent and never right..
I had a mobile order. Food was hot and how I ordered it. It was yummy. I hadn't had gold star in quite a while. I love how much cheese they put on stuff.

Itās 7:30pm Tuesday February 25th I was going through the drive thru and she says, and I quoteā āweāre closedā I said, thought you were open until 9. She says, short staffed. I said, you have 2 people inside at a table and me in the drive thru wanting 2 chili cheese sandwiches. She said, weāre closed thereās only 4 of us working. I said, 4 of you canāt handle the restaurant? Sheās says, no, thatās only 2 cooks, I waitress and 1 working drive thru and thatās not enough. Like really. I guess I often forget how some people just donāt want to put in the effort in and actually work because theyāre lazy. Itās pitiful. I will never go to this gold star again. Iāll go to the parkway
