New to Cincinnati, first time at a Gold Star. Very impressed! 5-way and coney were good. A little more chili than the other places and I like that. Chili is good! What really made this visit special was the staff, especially Ashley. She was wonderful. A true asset to the store and I plan to come back mainly because of her service. Well done Gold Star!

Ordered through drive thru on Halloween. I forgot to give my husband the email I had received from Gold Star to receive free kids meals. I talked to Ruth (manager) today and explained to her. I had husband go in today and show her the email and pay for meals for us and she honored the email for 2 kids meals. This was totally my mistake but Ruth handled it with perfect customer service. We'll be back!

I love this location!!!! The staff is always friendly and I love 3 ways and conies so thank you for giving us great service each time we come in!!! We do appreciate it!!!! Grab a few mints on the way out and try the shakes especially the banana when they have it so good!!!
If our server had been the least bit helpful, this would be a 5-star review. They weren’t trained how to handle a table of six. We were asked to “pass it down” instead of the server moving around the table. They definitely need more training. The food was great!
