Been standing in the lobby for 10 mins. They still haven't taken my order. And they are not accepting orders only cashing out current orders.
Asked for well baked Pizza. They were under baked. Very doughy on the bottom. They were busy, but no reason to not make the food correctly. Tried calling because I live 40 mins away and no one has answered, still on here listening to the repetitive deals for 14 mins.

Absolutely love Grammas ! First had it at work, from the Batavia location. We ordered from the Milford location today, and as always, our pizza was fresh and delicious. We especially loved the Hawaiian Delight pizza ! Friendly service, both on the phone and when we picked up our order. 🍕😃

We ordered a veggie pizza, and a customized calzone which we didn’t like at all, the chicken in it was not cooked properly.
