I actually really love Jersey Mike's but my take out order was a serious disappointment. Literally no meat on all three of the sandwiches I ordered. One of them I actually added extra meat to. I have never been disappointed at this location ever, less than a year ago I ordered the catering sub boxes for my son's 1st Birthday and was very pleased. But sadly this evening was a different story. I called and talked to the manager on duty Austin, he told me that another manager and himself personally made my order and that there was nothing he could do or say for the explanation of how different/

I went at the busiest time and they were fast, accurate, and friendly!
The subs here are the best in town. The store is immaculately clean, and I can’t say enough about the character of the young people who work here.I somehow walked out and left my wallet on the counter with over $200, it was returned to me the following day intact. The manager graciously declined to accept a reward for whoever found it. He said, they were just doing their job the way they were supposed too. I was very impressed, and will be returning to get another sub and leave those kids a well deserved tip, to say thank you.

When I made a order to get a sandwich I picked it up I asked the employees to remake the sandwich because it was made incorrectly the employees gave me nothing but additude and one of the females there said "it's not my fault" when they made the mistake she was a brown curlly hair high schooler terrible Customer service

i order from here on a routine basis via dash or uber and i have never gotten a sandwich that was unacceptable or even a basic bi-ch sandwich they are invariably baller as f i cannot say enough positive things about them
