Come in at 5:30 try to order a two-piece meal and get told we’re low on chicken we’re not making any more and your restaurant closes at 10 o’clock The staff is very rude and it’s hard to get somebody to come to the counter to even wait on you and they wanna know why they’re losing business

Skin was off the chicken very disappointed n trust me I love KFC but after this happen you went down in my books maybe I'm only a small customer but to spend 55 get a messed up order n then skinless chicken so it came to my conclusion they don't care about the little customers upon a second disappointment I will either travel or not eat KFC this one is making me hate KFC n unfortunately would eat KFC every day if could

Went to the store, got a chicken sandwich asked for extra mayo literally there was more mayo than the damn chicken sandwich I called. They never put a receipt in the bag and argued with me even though my sandwich fell completely in half because of how much mayo there was These people are a joke bad customer service and honestly, I don’t even know why they’re open. They should be shut down this place sucks and so do the people who works there.

Staff couldn't be bothered to help at the counter, even when I had ordered ahead and could see my order from the counter sitting there. Short-staffing is understandable nowadays, so hire more people whoever's in charge. If you have employee retention problems, try paying them more, maybe then you won't lose customers enough to have to close up shop like every other place recently.

Went to order 12 tenders at 10:20 last night but was told they only had 1 tender left for the night. They didn’t close til 11. Really? You can’t make more? Just poor service!

We had ordered $38 in food on the app and when we got to the drive-thru only to find out that they cancelled the order.
Worst experience I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant. More then a 5 minute wait at the counter without even being acknowledged. All the while I observed 7 cars get orders in the drive thru lane. So I spoke up and asked did I need to go to the drive thru to order. A very sarcastic employee in a black shirt yelled I would have to wait they are short staffed and she doesn't do door dash while they have customers in the drive thru. I was not a door dash driver just someone who wanted to order some food. If they were that short handed why don't they put a sign on the counter to keep people from wasting time. I can't rate the food since I was not able to order any. I should have ordered something small so I could get the survey off the receipt.
Kind of high on cost for chicken that sits under a heat lamp. 30 bucks for 12 small tenders. Definitely not cooked per order when I'm the only person in the drive through and they hand me the food when I give them my card.... I mean at least I didn't wait 30 mins I guess 😂
KFC has an awesome spicy chicken sandwich and their fries are great too!!
Love my favorite two items. The pot pie has a delicious flaky crust. Or the chicken tenders. There is plenty of seating within the restaurant area.
