Lady taking order @1:54 4/19/25 was very rude and didn’t even try to suggest help or anything and for spending how much money you do at a kfc we did not get all our items in our bag two sidesOf cole slaw charged and not in bag and then asked if we wanted any sauces we said yes named then got bag and not one was in there like why ask got my bowl and literally almost all mash potatoes and was four hard tiny pieces of chicken in it like just was not a good experience

Waited for about 15min for my order to be made, was told Mac n cheese had a few minutes, and my Mac n cheese was cold, other food from there is good but make sure my food is hot when I get it

Very disappointed chicken was not done ordered that pizza thing with light sauce got extra sauce the 12 piece nugget was 9 the mashed potatoes and gravy was mostly gravy and service was ok but not the best bad part I like KFC a lot but will be awhile if ever I go back to this one

Ordered online.. went to pick up 20 minutes later... they asked me to come back in 10 minutes. Totally fine. Comeback 15 minutes later... she said I'm sorry but we don't have any tenders... there are 8 tenders in my order....I asked if I could get nuggets instead... no, I had to call an 800 # to get a refund.... while I was asking another question, she said I just work here and shut the window on me while I was talking. Then I got home and they also had not put the fries I ordered in the bag. We won't be visiting again. The fact that the window was shut on me while I was talking was the final straw on top of being out of tenders and missing other items in my order.

Well I usually avoid this kfc. But I was over ruled by a vote. I must say wow it was actually good. The chicken was fresh the sides were fresh. May have been a fluke I hope not. This was our favorite kfc for the longest time. I wish I could remember the old managers name but she was there a long time. Even my picky child said the food was good. Hope this is the start of a new up swing.

They obviously have joined the ranks of places that don't care. Ordered 8 pc family meal with extra side of coleslaw. 30 min drive home to discover no extra side and 4 of the 8 pieces were wings! Waste of $30. Our fault for trusting them to do their job with some level of competency.

I tool one of my elderly clients to grab a to go meal (at her request), so we could eat at the park. NO chicken! We ended up ordering chicken strip (which were horrible). Asked for honey at the window. NO honey. Asked for a mt dew. NO Mt dew. 21.00 spent for nothing. I couldn't believe they even charged me. Never going back!

Ordered a 16 pc. Family Dinner. Got home and had 2 breast 2 legs and 12 dried up wings. No Coleslaw and 6 Biscuits. I reached out to the store and spoke with Brittany the manager. She gave me a store Credit. Just Left there, Came to get my Credited Meal but now a Different Manager told me he unable to door it without a receipt. I told him I did not even get that! He said in a stoner like demeanor, “Man I can’t do that, it’s $49.00.” I said, yeah that’s what I said when I got home with 12 wings. He said,” Sorry Man”. You know what, I’m Sorry that a Fully Tattooed guy from hand to shoulder and with no Uniform to boot. We own a Business as well in Milford and will spread the word on how this location treat the customers that keep the establishment open. Terrible experience. William Lawwill, R.C.S.
