My first time at the Milford location as I recently moved to the area. There were 3 of us for a late lunch. 2 of us thought it is the best LaRosa's in which we have ever dined. I heard it was a good restaurant and the people were correct. I will return. Thank you.

Quality and delivery issue!! Regular customer for years. I thought they were improving the past couple of orders until this evening. Wow!! Food arrived cold. Pizza looked like it had been dropped on the ground. Just all around bad food and delivery driver issues

I've been a regular customer at this location and have placed multiple orders over time. Unfortunately, the quality has continued to decline.
During my last order, I received miltiple pizzas with quality issues that could not be overlooked. I reached out and was issued a credit, which I appreciated. Today, I used that credit to order Rondos, hoping for a better experience. Instead, they arrived severely overcooked — practically burnt to charcoal — with little to no cheese and minimal pepperoni.
At this point, I’m extremely disappointed. This isn’t just a one-time issue — it’s a pattern. I won’t be ordering from this location again, and I don’t believe another credit would be worth the trouble.
I hope this feedback helps improve quality control for future customers.

Came here with a party of 8, ended up having a buddy card issue when paying out. Server said it was their system, a problem on the stores end, but did not want to honor the buddy card. When asked for the manager we was told they will go see… I asked multiple times to speak with the manager on duty, she never showed her face or spoke with us. Overall the store is clean, I’ve always had issues with my delivery orders, and then issues dining in tonight. I’ll just order from another location not very welcoming service, or friendly oriented employees.

Not much to say, it was Larosa's. Had the Ziti chicken pasta. One of my favorites, was a little above warm. Service was Very good.
