Visited the Milford location at about 5pm on a Monday. THIS STORE WAS GROSS! There was 1, yes 1 other couple in the restaurant when we went to sit down. There was garbage and food remains under every table. It looked like a party of children had just left, but again, this was at 5 pm and encompassed the entire public eating space! Every table and booth had something under it. EVERY one! I can understand if they are busy not being able to get everything nice and tidy, but this was empty and this was NOT something that had just happened. This much garbage on the floor took some time to accumulate. We left. I can not imagine how bad the kitchen is if the public area was kept in this poor a shape. You should be ashamed that this location has the Larosa name. Absolutely disgusting!
And Larosa's, in case you would like for me to "contact you about my experience"... save your writing, I was on the phone with Larosa's before I had even left the parking lot!

I sat on the phone for over 20 mins and was talking to someone in another state that couldn't locate business 28 in milford..... I wasted my entire lunch break on hold and none of my coworkers got to eat pizza. We ended up going to subway..

For me LaRosa’s is a pretty solid 3. You know what you are getting and it’s just ok but it’s easy.This is the 2nd time I’ve been to this location. The first time, the service was awful; we waited forever. This time, the service was pretty good although he forgot my salad.I prefer the deep dish crust. They call it pan pizza. The French onion soup is really good. I also recommend double pepperoni.The salad is actually pretty good; I got the side salad but I really like the jojo blt salad
Vegetarian options: Easy to order vegetarian options
Parking: Its is a strip center and there is plenty of parking
Kid-friendliness: Yes. There are tons of kids and it’s a cheap place to feed them

Only one waitress and you have to wait until she comes back to the dining area. Today March 28, 2024 we ordered two different hoagies and steak fries. The bread was fresh and the food was delicious and awesome.

Today was the second time in the last two months that my daughter and I waited over 30 minutes before our drink order was taken. On the first instance we stuck it out and enjoyed our meal. Today was a different story…TEN minutes after our drink order we sat there in our booth becoming more and more parched.We finally walked out. Sadly due to the continued poor service my daughter’s favorite pizza place has been put on our “Black List”. So long Milford LaRosa’s.

The last 5-6 times we’ve ordered a calzone from this location going back at least 1 year, it’s been SEVERELY undercooked. Every bite is undercooked dough. Absolutely horrible. How can something so bad continue to happen over and over again for that long! It’s literally not edible and that’s no exaggeration. The amount of money we’ve wasted on inedible food from this location is ridiculous. It’s our fault for continuing to give them another chance, but after tonight; we’re done for good. We ordered from another location a couple weeks ago and the calzone was perfect, so this is 100% for sure a Milford Larosas problem.
