This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had in any McDonald's location I had ordered from the lilia avenue location and they completely messed up my order I will never order from this location again.

Every single time I come to this location it’s always a 15-20 minute wait at the speaker to get my order taken. Then an additional 15-20 minutes to just get my food. It’s ridiculous. They need some staff or they need to close this location. It’s absolutely horrible and I’m done giving my business to this store. My order is always wrong, always. I have to then go inside to get it fixed which guess what is an additional 20 minute wait! I arrive in plenty of time to get to work and they’ve caused me to be late multiple times. I have given them the benefit of the doubt too many times. Best of luck to anyone trying to get food here. I highly recommend driving to an entirely different location.

Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I prepaid on the app, got a pickup time, and sat in the spot like a fool while car after car—over 25 of them—got their food. After 25+ minutes, I still had nothing. Not a single bag. Finally, I had to crawl through the drive-thru just to demand a refund, because they still hadn’t even started my order.
The manager’s excuse? “We’re short-staffed.” Newsflash: that’s not my problem. You don’t get to take people’s money and then just not deliver. It’s called basic service, and this place can’t even manage that.
McDonald’s already isn’t fine dining—we all know that—but this was next-level incompetence. A complete waste of time, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. I’ll never set foot in this disaster of a location again.

This is a good McDonald’s but they have a drive thru that is open late till 3 am. The workers turn off all the lights and act like they are closed. Second they Never put the extra thing on you meal or whatever you get if you go through the drive thru.

I love McDonald's usually from time to time but this location is really not great. I know McDonald's has a special mix of coca cola. Well let's just say that it has been mainly syrup when I get some. Also there has been times where they have not checked my order. I know I have not received the right order before where I have missed my chicken patty only sandwich and I just got a bun.. not cool. I go to other McDonald's and they have it together I still have my loyalty to McDonald's

This McDonald's has very poor service. Long wait time to get waited on. I don't do kiosk. Employees are not friendly at all. Something needs to be done or close and just have drive thru so you won't know your order is wrong until you get home.

Andrew was very rude and unprofessional. He made off handed comments about how slow his co workers were and their incompetence. I get that working with others that you feel are not “up to your level” may be frustrating but you do not voice this in front of a customer. I hope something is done about this behavior and that it does not happen again!
Very upset how they treated my client this morning.She just had eye surgery and was having trouble reading the menu.And was taking a little longer to order.what she wanted and when we got our food . My client order a coke with out ice and they gave her a coke with ice and she told him no ice please and he gets a attitude and says here is your coke with no ice . That was not right to treat her like that very disappointed and she also has special needs. And didn't understand why he was upset with her.

Personally never had any real problems here. Service is always great. Morning and afternoon crews are always very nice. For example, I ordered a McCrispy and pulled up, waited a minute or two, then they told me it was going to be a long wait. Jamie offered to substitute it with another sandwich (I asked for a McDouble). When they handed it to me, they say they put two in there. That's going above and beyond! So, big shout out to the crew there, they did a great job.
