Very upset how they treated my client this morning.She just had eye surgery and was having trouble reading the menu.And was taking a little longer to order.what she wanted and when we got our food . My client order a coke with out ice and they gave her a coke with ice and she told him no ice please and he gets a attitude and says here is your coke with no ice . That was not right to treat her like that very disappointed and she also has special needs. And didn't understand why he was upset with her.

Personally never had any real problems here. Service is always great. Morning and afternoon crews are always very nice. For example, I ordered a McCrispy and pulled up, waited a minute or two, then they told me it was going to be a long wait. Jamie offered to substitute it with another sandwich (I asked for a McDouble). When they handed it to me, they say they put two in there. That's going above and beyond! So, big shout out to the crew there, they did a great job.

Long wait through drive through at 11pm. Fries were cold, nuggets were stale. And the worker was unprofessional, cussing and slammed window at us. There was a boy with no McDonald’s attire.

The best one located in the Milford area in my opinion. We never do drive thru, and always dine in, seems to always be fresh, everynow and then we have hiccups. But overall this location does a good job.

Service was very slow. Problem appears to be the management or owners.
Apparently only two people working at around 4pm. The employees appeared to be doing their best in a bad situation.
If they can't properly staff the store they should close or only run the drive thru or dining room.

What is the point of having a kiosk and a dining room if everything is packaged to go and you have your little table tent that tells the restaurant people where you are sitting and yet you still have to go and get your own food what's next we have to go back and make our own shit too? All of this is absolutely asinine

On that particular day and time it just seemed like they were definitely short-staffed for a decent-looking restaurant I would have thought they would have kept it cleaner inside it wasn't like it was super busy but it seemed like they were short-staffed and couldn't keep up with what what's going on in time
