The menu wouldn't switch from the previous orders, and they claimed that they don't sell cheeseburgers? However they sell a bacon cheeseburger…. Make that make sense. They also ripped off the bottom half of my receipt so that I couldn't leave an actual review. Go literally anywhere else if you want food, all you're asking for going here is either children or rude adults who may as well be children, Eastgates location is only 15 minutes away and I will always make the drive if I have to now. This location uses to be so good, and is significantly going down as time goes by. I'd say do better, but the CHILDREN running your store can only do so much!

Literally slowest McDonalds I have ever been to! It’s my local store and my kids love McDonald’s but after waiting 20 minutes at the drive thru we won’t be coming back. HIRE COMPETENT STAFF.

I absolutely despise this location. They cannot get anything done right. Today I waited in line outside for 15 minutes because they handed my food out to the person in front of me. I sat there and waited until a worked came out and asked what I was waiting on. She's the one that had took my order and couldn't even remember I came through. Avoid this place at all cost

Ordered two Spicy McCrispy Deluxes. Had a long hair inside one so I know it wasn't mine. Was working at the time and stopped by drive thru and ate on a delivery. Didn't have time to get a new one. Ruined it for me.

I work late so when I go to this McDonald’s it’s around 8pm, I used to always grab my son a small blue slushie but for the past 6+ months the older lady at the first window always says the machines are off for the night or they aren’t working. Tonight she said the same thing and while waiting for my food they mixed my order up with someone else that had a mobile order and almost handed me a coke slushie. I asked if they still had slushies and said the lady at the first window said all machines were off, confused he said “idk why she would say that, what kind of slushie do you want?” So has this been a lie for the last 6 months or? I’m not understanding how someone running a till is choosing when and who to tell the machines are off. They either are or aren’t. It’s a hassle to find a sweet treat in Milford past 8-9pm so I've learned that if you drive 8 minutes to the other McDonald’s on Lila Ave they keep their machines on until closing even with little staff! Annoyed that this has been potentially going on for months but for now on I’ll go to the other one!

Every morning I stop in and get my morning sandwich, if I do not ask them not to burn it they will burn it every single time which is ridiculous that they serve food they know damn well they wouldn’t eat. I don’t pay $6 for one sandwich for it to be nasty stale and burnt.
